Hello, Bill again.
The price point was kept at $30 on these to insure that we could maintain the same level of detail and accessories in the two packs as we do in the single carded Elite and Legends figures.

Bill again, other members of the team will use this user name as well, but so far I am the only one to post here so far.
Due to the compressed nature of the timelines between when Undertaker came out in the hooded robe and when the WM 26 Elite figures would reach the shelves we did not have time to develop the robe as an accessory. This wave was planned as a redeco wave late last year, when soft goods development for the wave had to begin in order for it to hit retail on time. The initial plan was for all our Elite WM 26 figures was for them to include commemorative T-shirts, but this plan was changed to include more personalized accessories for Rey Mysterio and Jak Swagger using already existing parts, repurposed to be more appropriate to each superstar. Triple H as you can see retains the shirt. Undertaker was to include this shirt as well, but it did not seem as appropriate to him, so it was changed to a shirt that celebrated the continuation of the streak. So that is why Undertaker does not have the robe. If it becomes a regular entrance gear of his there would be a good chance it would be included as an accessory at some point. Thanks Bill

Hello, this is Bill from the Mattel Design Team.
First off, thanks for the positive feedback to the interviews posted on this site. Everyone involved with the WWE line at Mattel is full of passion for the line and the brand, and I am glad this came across in the videos.
However, I do need to clear up some small misconceptions about these lineups. Layla was never 'pulled' from this lineup, she was never in it. Maryse was always the intended Diva to be included in this lineup. Also, Zach and Rosa were also never in our Wave 8 plans either. We might have considered doing them together as a two pack at one point, but once they were split apart in the Draft any plans to do them together were dropped.
Please do not believe any lineups that you may come across unless they come directly from a Mattel source. We intend to make a lot of WWE figures and to exploit the talent roster of WWE Superstars in a complete manner. Just because you do not see a certain Superstar in these lineups, or maybe believed that they were 'bumped' from what was assumed to be the actual lineup, does not mean there are not plans for those figures down the road. It just means that they are not in the plans for this particular wave of releases.
Thanks Bill
