Never understand why people "reserve" things. But whatever.
Honestly the first thing that came to mind was Sting vs Hogan... I had completely forgotten about that the crappy Hogan/Piper cage match. So that was pretty amusing to me. You picked an interesting place to start this thing but this is the time that I really started enjoying WCW and actually paying attention to them. That being 1997 through 1998.
