Now, first, I know that there is an official thread, but I really just want all relevant info here, and it can be locked and such when done with.
So, I'm getting an 80gb PS3 in May, and I really would like to knwo about the whole PlayStation Network thing, is it free, DLC cost alot, and is the PS3 reliable.
Plus, about the Internet, is that the PlayStation Network? And, I have an AOL Wireless Modem, which is plugged up, but with a PS3 having Wi-Fi, will it mean that it will still pick up its signal, even though its plugged to my Computer?

PSN is free, DLC ranges from a dollar for basic add-onsthings, 10-20 bucks for a full game, and then there are things like Burnout or SOCOM that are more on PSN that cost more. PS3 is quite reliable, but not bullet proof. If the AOL wireless modem puts out a wireless signal that a laptop can pick up on, then yes, the PS3 should notice it though.
