HS 33 Roleplay
It has been just over a week since I got the phone number from Deal. The numer was to Deal's contact within the Disciples, and my only chance at finding out where the top dogs in the Disciples are. It took me days to finally get hold of him (who knew that religious organisations were not to fond of mobile phones?). I finally managed to get hold of him, and found out that I would have to break into one of th Disciples security buildings, where files are held on every single member of the Disciple. Not only does this give me the chance to find out where they are, but it might be my only way of finding out what happened to my parents, and how I ended up with the Disciples at the age of two.
We waited for night to try and break in, so it is very hard to see what is going on. There is very little noise, just a few Owls hooting. The sound the Owls make makes me feel like they are trying to warn me off, as if they know something I dont.
Roxy: You sure this will work?
Roxy is here for the sole reason that I need her to look for the information regarding the Disciple leaders, while I try to find my own file. That is the main reason I am here.
Trace: I have no idea if this will work, I cant see the future.
Roxy: I didn't say you could, but this is your idea.
Trace: Since when has any of my ideas not worked.
Roxy: That doesn't exactly convince me.
Roxy laughs, but I can tell that it is forced, she is worried, but is trying not to show it. I dont know why I am not worried, I could be heading straight for my death, but I have never been the most emotional person in the world.
Roxy goes ahead of me, using a small hairclip to unlock the door.
Roxy: There you go, simple.
Trace: I could have done that, I just dont carry hairclips around with me.
Me and Roxy head into the building. The building is actually just one long corridor, heading into a large filing room. The rest of the building is just granite. The building looks abandoned, as if nobdy has been here in months, there are cobwebs everywhere, obviously nobody taught the Janitor how to do their job. We walk down to the end of the corridor, and enter the file room.
Roxy: Bigger than I thought it would be.
The room is big. A large circular room, with filing cabinets from wall to wall. I point at one set of files off to the right of us.
Trace: That's the files you want.
Roxy: You sure?
Trace: Yeah, the guys said that it was Files 1A, trust the disciples to put the files that should not be seen as the most noticable.
As Roxy walks over to the files I head off looking for my file. Deal's contact told me where it would be, but that it would not be numbered like the rest of them, he did not give me a reason though. As I look around I get to the filing cabinet that my file is in. Maybe I can finally find out the truth. I open the cabinet and...
There is nothing there. The whole cabinet heas been cleared out, and it looks like it was done recently. They knew we were coming!
Roxy: I've got the files Trace.
I turn around to see Roxy standing by the exit, waiting for me. I walk over to her, seeing the files in her hands. There is a wierd symbol on the file. It is the letter D, but in a gothic letter. The edge look razor sharp, probably the way it was ment to be drawn, and it is coloured blood red.
Roxy: You find what you wanted?
Dale: No, but I will. We will set off for the first Disciple after my match.
At least that gives me someone to take my anger out on.
