cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/KAMALA-92-93-WWE-WWF-HASBRO-FIGURE-WITH-MOON-ON-BELLY_W0QQitemZ360116934134QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item360116934134&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A16|39%3A1|240%3A1318 Wow!!! ebay really needs to add a "discussion" section on every auction so we can prevent people from making horrible mistakes!!!! (Kinda like amazon) What a horrible custom!! $6000!!!!! The bubble really doesnt bother me too much. I think the light is just hitting the edge of the bubble on the left side in a weird way. Ive sold a figure on ebay many times and sometimes the light/flash hits the edges of the bubble and really exposes the glue that attaches the bubble. What really ticks me off is the color of the moon! It is horribly off! A really horrendous dark yellow...which is funny because the yellow is almost the same of the actual moon kamala has in his photo on the front of the card. However its far away from the yellow used to make the star on the normal hasbro kamala. I wanna ask the experts....didnt or somebody say the real kamala with moon needs to have some sort of sticker on the back of the card? What is the story with that sticker on the back of the card? What does it prove? Billy

it proves it's a pre-production sample, which is what all the Moon Kamalas were, pre-production carded samples. Any Kamala without that sticker is a glorified replica.

I HAVE TO STOP THIS AUCTION FROM HAPPENING!!! What can i do. I can't contact the people who have submitted offers on the auction.... I was thinkin about putting up an auction....with the title "the real hasbro kamala with moon." Not exactly deliberately trying to sabotage the other auction....just trying to sell a non existent figure and describing the qualities a real hasbro kamala moon has. Does anyone know ebays fees really well? How do i avoid fees? I dont want to put a buy it now up for $10000000 because the seller of the auction might buy it now and just not pay...and i will have to pay the final value fees!! Unless i open up a non paying bidder dispute...but that could be a long process! Does anyone have any ideas? ? i cannot let this happen!!! This could cost someone their life savings!!! Please help! We are a brotherhood here! We are a group of incredible knowledgeable people!!! We have a responsibility to help others in the figure world!!! Please respond! Thanks billy

Thanks billy you can sign the petition at the top of the other figures board. that would be a good start. also some people on this board have reported such figures to ebay so that's another option. good on you for wanting to take action.

Thanks billy if you want to go that way, have the winning bidder just recieve information about the moon Kamala, if someone wins. It'll only cost you between $0.10 and $0.25 to list it.

Toward of the bottom of the auction page, hit "Report this item" and select a reason. There isn't an exact matching reason that you can choose, I chose "Counterfeit product" then "Counterfeit autograph" - its the closest thing I could think of.

hi, why dont you agree to buy the item then not pay, you can't get a negative and it wont cost you anything, and that way you it takes the listing down

+1 for you, borncollector. Awesome idea!
The only problem could be that he would probably file a non-paying bidder alert and you'd end up having a strike against you. Still, I think I'm going to do it - I really don't want to let this guy get away with it.

Sorry to disagree but that is not entirely true. While some carded figures do have green sample factory tags on them(Hasbro/Kenner), not all do. My Kamala and Bret protos do not, as well as dozens of other carded non-wrestling figures that I own.
I think that you might have remembered me saying that if there is a white Hasbro UK import sticker on the back that it is a custom. This is true as the majority of custom Kamalas were done on figures that were KB Toys closeouts. KB closed out dozens of different Hasbros with UK import stickers and on Spanish cards back in the day).

Looking over the custom Kamala pics, you can even see the glue residue that leaked through the card by the bio area.
