I'm hoping if you DO bring in Sting, try to keep it as big as you can and not to overdo it. I hope there will be an awesome storyline of how would he even come into the WWF.
I'm surprised at the details that you had for HeAT though. It's quite detailed, and I like the little personal comments if there's one about a wrestler or so.
It's looking good, and loved Helms showing up with Kanyon though.

Heat was a good show and was very well written.
Kanyon showing up and sitting in the front row was good. I can see him being a good lower to midcard guy during the Invasion.
Lynn vs. Tajiri sounded like a good match. If you do any ECW angle with the Invasion I hope you use these two on the ECW side. I hope Lynn can receive a big push.
Good win for the APA and laughed at it being less than 2 minutes long. I hope APA win the Tag Titles soon.
Like Helms now in the front row to. Taka vs. Richards sounded good and really glad Richards ripped of his Right to Censor clothes. Surprised Richards didn't get the win but good win for Taka.
The main event was good. I am not a fan of X-Pac or Justin Incredible but Justin deserved the win over D-Lo. I am surprised Kanyon & Helms didn't have any more interaction but I guess save any big interaction for Raw & SD.
Anyway good show. Look forward to Raw & SD and seeing more of the Invasion. Also please sign Sting him being in WWF at this time can make the Invasion amazing. Plus then we get to see Sting vs. Rock/Undertaker etc.

Monday 2nd July 2001 - Tacoma, Washington- The opening Attitude Era promo starts the show off as usual before we see a video package recapping the interesting situation between Shane McMahon and WCW & Vince McMahon's WWF. It shows the previous attacks made by the WCW superstars (Diamond Dallas Page, Booker T, Sean O'Haire and Chuck Palumbo) on WWF stars (The Undertaker, Kane, Steve Austin, Hardy Boyz and Vince himself) before cutting away. - The opening video package for WWF RAW is WAR plays, the usual with chaos going on very quickly as special effects are added in places, the theme of red, et cetera. 'Thorn In Your Eye', that song is awesome. The video ends with the RAW is WAR logo you see above seated in the center of the screen in front of a burning ring. - The secondary theme for RAW plays as we go live to the packed-out Tacoma Dome here in Washington where fireworks collide from the rafters, hitting the stage as the camera pans around the entire arena. We go to the announcers, Paul Heyman and Jim Ross as they run down the card where Paul Heyman has the pleasure of announcing that tonight, the 2001 King of the Ring Winner, Edge will take on WCW superstar, Lance Storm in a special altercation. - 'Here Comes the Money' plays into the arena as the owner of WCW, Shane McMahon does his dancing on the way out to the stage as he gets quite a loud pop from the audience, obviously the fans don't understand that WCW are mainly heels, probably due to the only faces being attacked in this storyline being the Hardy Boyz. Shane walks to the ring as he cuts a promo saying how Vince has had a great run with the WWF on top of the wrestling mountain. Shane recalls Vince being in deep depression however back in 1997 when WCW were thrashing the WWF and kicking their ass. Shane says that he has attempted to repeat history by getting former Monday night primetime show, Monday Nitro back on the air but unfortunately, Vince has black-listed WCW. That got some boos. Shane says however that his own mother, the CEO of the World Wrestlng Federation, Linda McMahon has guaranteed Shane airtime for his superstars, before stating that tonight is the beginning. Shane announces the main event as being Diamond Dallas Page taking on The Undertaker to try and cap off their feud. This crowd were eating it all up. - Commercials, an advertisement for WWF InVasion aired, live on pay-per-view, Sunday 22nd July 2001 from Cleveland, Ohio. - Albert defeated Test to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship in 5:53. A suprisingly decent way to kick off the wrestling contests here tonight on RAW is WAR. It featured the new Intercontinental Champion, Albert battle former partner, Test in what was a stiff contest between two usually sluggish superstars. But these two were actually quite entertaining tonight, it was kept fast-paced and thankfully not too long, just about the right length of time. Lots of punches and kicks in this match, it shows me evidence that Albert could be an okay Intercontinental Champion. I'm still not big on him, however. Test almost had the match won with a Pumphandle Slam but Albert somehow managed to kick out and dodge Test's dangerous Big Boot, before a Baldo Bomb finished the match. **3/4 - We see Shane McMahon walking down a hallway in the backstage area before Disco Inferno confronts him to a nice little pop. Inferno asks Shane if he's gonna need Disco tonight in which Shane tells Disco to be at SmackDown tomorrow night as he has something interesting planned for him in a match with a certain Scotty 2 Hotty. I like where this is going. - We see William Regal in his office in which he is rambling on to his assistant, Tajiri about WCW just coming in here and thinking they can call the shots when he is the man who makes matches. Regal says that Edge better win tonight. - Hardcore and Crash, the Holly Cousins are seen in the backstage area in which they are both discussing what is going to happen in tonight's match as Hardcore Holly will face Spike Dudley. Hardcore says he doesn't want a putz like Crash out there managing him before walking away. Crash comically follows in persuit. - Hardcore Holly defeated Spike Dudley in 6:14. This was an average contest here between two men who both had people accompanying them as Hardcore had Crash (to Hardcore's displeasure) with him as Spike Dudley had his girlfriend, Molly Holly alongside. These two didn't share too much in the ring but they made it work pretty well in my mind as Spike began trying to chop down the taller and heavier Hardcore Holly with some chop blocks to the legs of Hardcore, before Holly took out Spike. Holly worked over the arm of Spike as Paul Heyman repeatedly rambled on about how Molly was weakening Spike down when Paul knew from ECW that Spike was really one tough chewtoy to bigger guys. Spike eventually regained offense but it was cut short as Spike went into the ropes, Crash tripped him up before the Falcon Arrow finished him. **1/2 - We see a recap from last week's edition of WWF RAW is WAR where it was Rhyno challenging for Test's WWF Hardcore Championship. It shows clips of the match before showing Rhyno win the title with a Gore into the wall in the hallway of Madison Square Garden. Then it shows WCW superstar, Mike Awesome run in and powerbomb Rhyno onto a ladder before pinning for the victory. - We go to the backstage area where Mike Awesome was being interviewed by Jonathan Coachman in which Awesome called Tacoma the place where a WCW wrestler will for the first time get extreme. Awesome announcest hat he always hated ECW and is forever known the first-ever WCW superstar to win the WWF Hardcore Championship. - We go to another area backstage where Spike Dudley was talking about Sgt Slaughter about how he could get more tougher than the idiots called the Holly Cousins. Slaughter regrettably reminded Spike of his style in ECW which was pretty much the same but a lot more feisty and tougher. Spike says he just might have to go back to basics. - Mike Awesome defeated Scotty 2 Hotty to retain the WWF Hardcore Championship in 4:44. This match was asnother hard-hitting display, right here tonight on RAW we've had two average matches and one above average, it's pretty good, better than the usual matches. Anyways, this one was a hardcore squash match, Scotty had offense in but didn't do much outside of the hit-and-run strategy. Awesome used his kendo stick on Scotty as well as taking him up the rampway. The audience pop so damn easily for these matches, the fans chanted 'ECW' as Awesome yelled repeatedly for them all to shut up. Awesome hit his patented Awesome Bomb on the rampway for the win. **1/2 - Raven defeated Mike Awesome to win the WWF Hardcore Championship in 0:09. As Mike Awesome began to celebrate with his successfully defended WWF Hardcore Championship, Raven came out of nowhere with an ECW shirt on and former ECW official, Bill Alfonso and clocked Awesome with the kendo stick. The fans chanted 'ECW' louder as Raven hit the Raven Effect on the rampway before covering for the win! N/A - Meanwhile, in the parking lot, a limousine pulled up as Vince McMahon stepped out to some boos. A stage-hand confronted Vince as the Chairman of the board, McMahon had a concerned look on his face. The stage-hand announces that Linda has given Shane the power to make the main event and it is Diamond Dallas Page vs The Undertaker. Vince says that isn't so bad as Taker will destroy Page. The stage-hand then announces what has happened with the WWF Hardcore Championship, telling that it appears as if ECW is coming back. Vince just looks down and walks away. - Commercials. - We see the two announcers at ringside as Paul Heyman is almost orgasming over the apparent return of ECW, JR denies that but Heyman tries to convince him that Raven was wearing an ECW shirt, maybe it's time for him to build ECW up against WCW. JR tells Paul that he should do that just to get rid of WCW so WWF can destroy ECW over again. - We see Raven running through an unknown part of the arena alone, the WWF Hardcore Championship in his grasp as Raven rushes out into a small area. Raven meets somebody as he goes on about how this get-together is an amazing idea and that it is time for WWF and WCW to see how ECW really are too hardcore for them to handle. The camera turns to see the 'Whole Damn Show' himself, Rob Van Dam as they talk for a little while as Heyman is in state of shock, happy to see ECW getting back together. - We see Tazz in his locker-room watching Raven win the WWF Hardcore Championship from earlier tonight, a grin on his face before the WWF Heavyweight Champion himself, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin storms in as Tazz rises to his feet, both men confronting each other face-to-face. Austin threatens Tazz saying that if any ECW stars is involved in his or Vince's business, then consider Michael Cole dirt because that's what he'll do to Cole if Tazz was to have anything to do with ECW now. Tazz says that he has no association with ECW but it would be a damn good idea. Austin storms away. - We go to the RAW interview set where Edge and Christian were standing, Christian holding Edge's King of the Ring trophy. An evidently bandaged Michael Cole interviews them, Edge telling Cole about this invasion of the WWF being complete bogus and the fact that him and Christian have been involved in it totally reeks of suckishness. Edge tells Cole that after tonight, Lance Storm will be a lot more serious than when he woke up this morning. That's when the WCW World Tag Team Champions, Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire appeared, Palumbo and O'Haire getting in Edge and Christian's faces, saying how it'd be interesting to work with them. They walk away for their upcoming match as Edge asks where all of these freakazoids came from. - The Hardy Boyz defeated Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire in a non-title match in 7:49. This was a highly competitive match as both teams battled back-and-forth to try and settle their differences after what happened last Thursday night on SmackDown when the Hardys were assaulted by Palumbo and O'Haire during their WWF Tag Team Championship match. But yeah, these two teams had a damn good showing during this match. Lita accompanied Jeff and Matt to the ring as usual, the announcers mentioning the WWF Womens Championship and who was holding it. Haha, I heard Chyna's contract expires on August 1st. Jeff and Palumbo started with Jeff getting some offense in before the WCW superstars took over the offense, beating down Jeff. Eventually, Jeff got the tag to Matt, who went off on both WCW World Tag Team Champions. Palumbo missed his finisher, the Tiger/Yakuza Kick before Matt hit the Twist of Fate on him. O'Haire got nailed with Jeff's version (and superior version) of the Swanton Bomb for the win. ***1/4 - Another graphic hypes up the two main events, The Undertaker taking on Diamond Dallas Page & Edge taking on Lance Storm. - Jerry Lynn defeated X-Pac to win the WWF Light-Heavyweight Championship in 7:28. The audience should of been into this match unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The match was decent and all but weren't so into this match, shame as this was good, some nice exchanges in the ring as Lynn tried to take the WWF Light-Heavyweight Championship from X-Pac. Justin Credible was at ringside as he tried to get involved only to unfortunately fail. The match was long and mat-based for the main part, I mean both men are solid technical performers. Unfortunately, X-Pac went for the X-Factor but Lynn rolled outside. X-Pac played the babyface here, and then ECW Original Tommy Dreamer ran in from the cheapseats and took out Justin Credible! Lynn got up as X-Pac tried to grab Dreamer through the ropes, a roll up gave Lynn the win! **1/2 - Commercials. - We return from commercials to see the new WWF Light-Heavyweight Champion, Jerry Lynn and Tommy Dreamer rushing through the hallway as they celebrate and Dreamer discusses the uprising of ECW once again. - We go to the APA's 'locker room' where the Anti-WCW Alliance are all sat around two circular tables drinking beer and playing poker as Lance Storm opens the free-standing door of their 'locker room'. Every gets up but Storm says that Linda will fire any one of them if they attack him. Storm cuts a promo telling them all that this alliance represents the USA, fat, ugly, drunk bastards before putting over Canada. - We see the WWF Tag Team Champions, Bubba Ray and D-Von of the Dudley Boyz, in which they hype up a contenders match coming up this Thursday on WWF SmackDown which will pit the Hardy Boyz vs The APA vs The Holly Cousins vs X-Factor. Bubba and D-Von state how they on't give a damn who they face and that shows that they are the greatest tag team in the WWF, WCW, ECW and the entire independent scene. - We cut to the backstage area where Christian is seen laid out on the floor, the King of the Ring trophy broken by his side as Chris Jericho and many officials surround him. Edge rushes to the scene as he asks what happened before a stage-hand tells Edge he's got the match against Lance Storm now! - Lance Storm defeated Edge in 3:54. This was a great match for what it was. These two men would of put on a greater match if it wasn't centered around the frustration of Edge as this match had Edge in control for almost all of the match, it was still a good slugfest, however as Edge rushed down the rampway, jumped Storm (who is probably the one who attacked Christian) and took him down with many lefts and rights. Lance Storm retreated to the outside as Edge hit a suicide dive through the ropes. Edge went to Spear Storm but Storm moved and Edge hit the ring steps. Storm worked on it for a minute, stomping on his shoulder repeatedly before Edge shoved Storm away, left the ring, grabbed his steel chair and deliberately slammed it against Storm's skull causing a disqualification! ***1/2 - Edge continues to pound away on Storm as the referee calls out more officials to get Edge away. Edge is heard yelling to Storm that he knows he did what he did to Christian. That's when Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire walked out to the ramp and the uncharismatic Palumbo got on the mic announcing that they did it. Edge tries to go after them but officials hold him back. - A graphic hypes up The Undertaker vs Diamond Dallas Page for being up next. - Final commercials. It's 10:35. - Diamond Dallas Page fought The Undertaker in 14:12. This was quite a good match as both men pretty much went in there with one intention and that was to beat the crap out of the other man. DDP used the old hit-and-run method in this one as The Undertaker continuously tried to beat down the stalker of his wife, Diamond Dallas Page. Taker didn't have Sara at ringside, understandably for this match but I hope DDP's gimmick changes. This stalker persona I hate to no end. DDP eventually found courage to go after Taker in which he did successfully, kicking away at the legs. DDP worked on those legs, getting Taker around the ring post and slamming his knees into the post. DDP almost made Taker tap out at once only for him to fire back, mounting a comeback as he just pounded DDP. The audience were hot from start to finish, by the way. Taker eventually set up for the Chokeslam but DDP kicked him in the gut as the fight spilled to the outside. DDP laid Undertaker out on the rampway, with a Diamond Cutter before Kane came from behind and jumped DDP! Kane delivered a Chokeslam to DDP through a table before Booker T came from behind, delivering a Scissors Kick on Kane. That cued Steve Austin's theme as Booker fleed once again, Austin standing in the ring. **1/2 - Steve Austin cut a promo on Booker T being one of the biggest jackasses in the history of WCW and announces how much of a coward Booker T really is. Austin calls out Booker to a match at WWF InVasion to settle who the better Heavyweight Champion is, Austin giving Booker three days to accept. We go off the air as Austin stares down Booker, Booker near one of the fire exits.

WRESTLE-NET.COM: WWF UPDATE Posted by Daniel Peterson on Tuesday 3rd July 2001- WWF Sunday Night Heat delivered a 1.93 Nielson rating on MTV, MTV are impressed with Heat at the moment. - WWF RAW is WAR presented a 4.31 Nielson rating on TNN, which is pretty good. - Expect X-Pac to be wrestling Scotty 2 Hotty at some point as he has shown interest in working with Scotty. - Steve Austin will most likely fight a representative from ECW and WCW in a triple threat match at WWF InVasion. The match is currently scheduled to be Steve Austin vs Booker T but WWF are wanting to place an ECW member in there to add flavor. WWF aren't too sure on placing Tazz in that match as they want to have Austin fight Tazz at SummerSlam and Tazz isn't too over. Whereas Rob Van Dam is the most over man in the ECW brand. - It is expected for a feud with Chris Jericho and Lance Storm. Storm will probably be associated with WCW World Tag Team Champions, Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire whereas Jericho will be aligned with Edge and Christian. Christian and Edge may wrestle O'Haire and Palumbo at WWF InVasion for the WCW World Tag Team Championships. - The reason for the short title reign of X-Pac is for him to be able to split away from Justin Credible as well and join WCW (Justin will probably join ECW) before feuding Matt Hardy for the WWF European Championship. - Odds are that Rhyno will become associated with the ECW faction as well, he will most likely also bring in the ECW World and Television Championship just to give ECW some prestige. - WWF have reportedly signed Kid Kash and Super Crazy to one-year contracts. Probably to help out Jerry Lynn in the WWF Light-Heavyweight Championship division. - Expect a WWF guy to win a WCW championship belt in the upcoming weeks. - The WWF Womens Championship will probably be stripped from Chyna following her contract expiring on August 1st 2001. There are plans for a massive tournament to take place.

-Undertaker/DDP is a great main event, do this feud some justice...wait, this is the capper -Good opener, surprisingly good. -Scotty/Disco...I smell a dance off! -Good promo from Awesome and how he hated ECW. -Decent Hardcore Title match. -Awesome job with Raven & Bill Alfonso -lol at Heyman orgasming. -RVD!RVD!RVD! -Very good tag team and Light Heavyweight match. Dreamer helping Lynn=awesomeness. ECW is getting some serious goldage. -Great final two matches. Edge/Storm will always be real good. The main event was good but the ending was the key with Kane and Austin and Booker. Great show.

I like the way you are building up ECW. I hope Tazz returns to the ring anf gets a good push. The Austin/Booker fued is progressing nicely, and a triple threat at Invasion sounds fun. I like the idea of Credible joining ECW, but I hope X-Pac doesnt join WCW.

Awesome RAW, mang. That's alotta details.
I'm loving the slow-buildup of ECW, with Raven winning HardCore Championship, meeting with RVD, Dreamer helping Lynn out.. It's great.
I like how Storm said that if anybody touch him, they would be fired. It's making WCW a credible threat, thanks to Linda McMahon. Tazz getting inspired by ECW? Great.
Austin/Booker is becoming real good, better than the original WWF did, Grocery Shoppin/Fightin'
Awesome, can't wait for InVasion.

The Backstory was good. The roster look great. So far everything looks good. Now on to the RAW show. BTW, thanks for the reply. I can already tell you put a lot of detail into this show. 2001 was one of my favorite years so I am glad you are doing it. The Invasion Angle was so great but, the WWF ruined it for me. Hopefully you can make me like the Invasion more. For some odd reason, I loved the Undertaker and DDP feud. Eh, Albert beating Test was alright. I would have had Test over Albert. Man the ending sounded awesome. I love out-of-nowhere finishers. Glad Holly won. Alright finishing. I like the Hardcore title where you pin the Hardcore title anywhere. Eh, hopefully Rhyno wins the Hardcore title back. OH!!! Even better, so glad Raven won the Hardcore Title. Nice title change. The Hardy Boyz winning is awesome. I've always liked the two. Eh, Edge losing to Storm. Great match, though. THe Main event was awesome. Funny, Kane jumping on DDP's back. Austin and Booker at InVasion should be awesome. I can't wait for InVasion!

Just got finished reading through everything you have up so far, and I'm enjoying it thus far. Everything seems solid, and as if you have a fairly good idea of the direction you want to go with this. Really glad that you're keeping the Hardcore title around and passing it around between ECW/WCW guys mainly, gives an unexpected feeling to the belt seeing as anyone could win it at any time. BIG fan of using Bill Alfonso to count the pin for Raven (atleast I think that's what happened, if not then I'll feel dumb ), nice little throwback to ECW. I'm hoping that Raw was the end to the Taker/DDP angle, because honestly I don't know how much more you could do with it at this point. But if you do have something, then by all means do it. But please, when you drop the stalker gimmick, don't give him the always-smiling DDP one. That always irritated me because I knew that DDP could be a top guy but he never got the chance to because he was given such stupid gimmicks. Tazz being recognized as a major player for the ECW angle is nice, and I'd definitely be interested in him or RVD being thrown into the title match at InVasion. Not that either of them would win (though, if one of them did go over, it'd be a major shock and definitely a way to get one of them over, and in that case I'd definitely prefer if it was RVD going into it.) Hope you keep something going with Lynn and the Lightheavyweight belt. I've always been a fan of Lynn and I never thought he got the acknowledgment that he should have gotten during his run in the WWF. I'd definitely like to see some more WCW/ECW guys getting shots at that belt, it would bring tons more prestige to the title if all the cruiserweights from all 3 companies were focusing on getting that title. Imagine all that fun matches that could come from it especially with the amount of lightweight talent coming from WCW/ECW. I was definitely expecting for Edge to just tend to his broken KOTR trophy instead of to Christian, but I'm guessing that you're not going for the Christian heel turn yet (hopefully it does come though, really was a fan of it). I'd like to see a fun trios match at InVasion with Jericho/Edge/Christian vs Storm/Palumbo/O'Haire if that is what the teams are going to consist of, unless you're saving that for Summerslam which would also make sense. Though, you could get it out of the way at this show and build to the other matches at SS (Jericho/Storm and Edge&Christian/Palbumo&O'Haire. Don't think theres much more I wanna comment on, except for the ECW group. I hope it stays as WCW/ECW/WWF, because while the combination of WCW/ECW was a nice surprise and was an interesting take on the angle, it'd be better if Heyman (who I'm assuming will be leading that group) continued to be out to destroy WCW and put ECW in the second spot in the whole company-feud. Really good so far, keep it up!

Thursday 5th July 2001 - Seattle, Washington - The opening Attitude Era promo starts the show off as usual before we see a video package recapping the interesting situation between Shane McMahon and Vince McMahon alongside the uprising return of ECW. We see clips from RAW is WAR in which Steve Austin got in Tazz's face after Raven stole the WWF Hardcore Championship as did Jerry Lynn stealing the WWF Light-Heavyweight Championship. We see the promo Austin cut from last Monday. - The theme of SmackDown played, a high-techno theme entitled 'Everybody on the Floor'. The video involved a lot of flashing images as many wrestlers hit their trademarked moves as blue was shown flashing in the background. The video was finally cut short as an electrocution cued the SmackDown logo you see above in front of a blue grid. We cut to the live arena as fireworks go off and we look all around the arena, looking at numerous shots from the unique OvalTron setting stage. Michael Cole and Tazz introduced us to the show but before Cole could say anything, Tazz removed his headset and left the ringside area. - The crowd began to pop as the Color Commentator, Tazz climbed into the ring, a microphone in hand as he began to cut a promo about "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, the man that thinks he can push his weight around. Tazz says that he may not agree with WCW or Shane McMahon, he said that WCW could burn and he wouldn't care, but he actually supported them. Supported, not supports. Tazz reminds us of the main involvement from this past Monday's edition of RAW is WAR in which several ECW alumni appeared, two of them stealing two ECW Championships. Tazz also reminds us of Austin's threat to him, saying that if he had any affiliation with the ECW invaders then he'd definately hear about it. Tazz says that Austin inspired him to join the ECW faction. Tazz introduces the other ECW superstars, among them including Rob Van Dam, Rhyno, Raven, Tommy Dreamer and Jerry Lynn. Tazz introduced them as the ultimate stars in ECW and soon to be the number one promotion in the WWF. Tazz gives Rob Van Dam the microphone as the fans chanted loudly. RVD introduced himself as the 'Whole Damn Show' before putting over Rhyno, reminding us that he is the ECW World and Television Champion. RVD goes to say something else as Steve Austin arrives, walking out onto the stage, Austin insulting RVD before talking trash about Tazz. Austin says he can leave Tazz until RAW Monday, Tazz jokingly acts scared. Austin calls out Rhyno, the ECW World Heavyweight Champion for tonight as Rhyno accepts. - The APA defeated The Holly Cousins, Too Cool & X-Factor to gain contention to the WWF Tag Team Championships in 8:41. Yes, you read the heading, Too Cool is back together as Grandmaster Sexay came out with Scotty 2 Hotty to an outrageously loud reaction. A solid contest for what I anticipated to be a clustered contest. X-Factor seemed to be a little weird with one-another, maybe this is the start of Justin Credible's defection to the ECW faction. Faarooq started things off with Hardcore Holly, two members of the Anti-WCW Alliance in which both men slugged it out for the shot at the Tag titles. Bradshaw came in, Crash came in, everybody soon came in at one time or another. Bradshaw injured Vilano V last week on Sunday Night Heat, shows how stiff he is. Sexay almost picked up the win with a Hip Hop Drop on X-Pac only for Credible to break it up, 'inadvertedly' hitting X-Pac also. Bradshaw hit the Clothesline From Hell on Scotty for the victory. *** - As the APA celebrated in the ring over the fallen Scotty 2 Hotty, we see the Dudley Boyz on the OvalTron from the interview area where Jonathan Coachman was standing in which D-Von and Bubba Ray put down the APA, the Dudleys accusing the APA of being the greatest thing in the WWF, despite not being WWF Tag Team Champions. The Dudley Boyz then announce that they have officially joined ECW. - We cut to the backstage area where Shane McMahon is seen walking up the hallway. He comes to a door saying 'Vince McMahon, WWF' on it. Shane looks around before sliding both signs off of the door. Shane walks in and looks around, very fancy from food to beverages. Shane walks over to the couch as Torrie Wilson walks up to him in which he asks if this is the place. Shane says it was when he called her. Torrie says that Linda McMahon has asked for a match from him tonight. Shane announced that in our main event it'd be a triple threat contest between the big company, WCW and the two losers, WWF and ECW as WCW World Heavyweight and United States Heavyweight Champion, Booker T will take on Kurt Angle and Tazz. Torrie walks away, saying that she'd inform Linda. - Jeff Hardy defeated Dean Malenko in 6:55. This was a great contest between two fine light-heavyweights from the WWF. Jeff and Dean worked very well together in the squared-circle as they experimented with all sorts of different styles when competing against one-another here. Jeff started off big, repeatedly knocking down the former WCW Cruiserweight Champion with a big selection of aerial attacks and strikes. Dean then fought back as Jeff set up for the Swanton Bomb but got crotched over the top rope. Dean took advantage with some of his more complex submission moves, working on the legs and back, obviously setting up for the eventual finish. Dean hit the Tiger Bomb but his Texas Cloverleaf attempt was too futile as Jeff got out of it and hit the Twist of Fate on Dean. That's when WWF Hardcore Champion, Raven ran down to the ring as he nailed Jeff with the singapore cane causing a disqualification. ***1/2 - Following the match, Raven begins to repeatedly strike Jeff Hardy with the singapore cane to the spine. Dean Malenko joined in getting an even more heelish reaction as he stomps away at Jeff Hardy, the victor. That's when WWF European Champion, Matt Hardy made the save, rushing in and clearing house. - We cut to the backstage area where a stage-hand directs WWF Chairman, Vince McMahon to his office. Vince walks along the corridor as he passes what was supposed to be his room, now hijacked by Shane. Vince assumes the one next to it is his as he opens the door. What does he find? A mop closet. Vince picks up the mop as Perry Saturn appears and snatches the mop away from Vince. Vince goes irate and goes to find the stage-hand. - We cut to the SmackDown interview set where Jonathan Coachman is seen standing by with the modern-day Romeo and Juliet of the WWF, Spike Dudley and Molly Holly. Spike is dressed in his ECW attire, a tie-dye shirt with blue overalls. Coach asks Spike what is up with the clothes as Spike talks about how Sgt Slaughter reminded him that he used to be extreme in ECW. Spike says about how he's been pushed around for too long now, just because of his size. Spike vows that tonight he will show it to whatever couple him and Molly are facing. Molly just smiles. - Steve Austin defeated Rhyno in 8:23 in a non-title contest. This contest was a match between two World champions as WWF Champion, Steve Austin battled the ECW and Television Champion, Rhyno. These two went out there and put on one heck of a contest, it was packed out to the top with high-offense moves as this was a fast style of brawling, a slugfest in that ring. It wasn't one bit sloppy either, Steve Austin started off underestimating Rhyno as the ECW representative began to give Austin a hard time, just lethally hammering away at the WWF superstar. Rhyno gave Austin an amazingly dangerous yet safely connected Piledriver also. Rhyno then set up for the Gore but Kurt Angle ran down to the ring and distracte the official. Steve Austin delivered a Stunner to Rhyno and it was over. **** - Following the contest, the celebration of Steve Austin beating Rhyno was chosen to be cut short as Austin dropped his WWF Championship and joined Kurt Angle in pounding away at Rhyno. Austin then shoved away at Angle when he was going to apply the Ankle Lock, Austin giving Rhyno another Stunner. That's when Rob Van Dam ran down to the ring with a chair and clocked Angle with the chair, delivering a picture-perfect Van Terminator to Austin. RVD covered Austin and demanded the official (from Austin/Rhyno) to count as the official counted to three! - As Rob Van Dam and Rhyno celebrated, we see Tazz watching on happily in the backstage area. - Vince McMahon is seen, sitting miserably in his mop closet of an office as he looks at a tiny monitor on top of a mop bucket, McMahon pissed that an ECW guy like Rob Van Dam had defeated his main guy, the WWF Heavyweight Champion, Steve Austin. Vince kicks the bucket and falls backwards as Jonathan Coachman walked in and asked Vince about his feelings about a WCW exclusive match being here tonight on SmackDown. Vince curses, asking who made it. Coach spreads the word to Vicne that Shane did. Vince gets up and tells Coach to get out of his office as Vince walks away, obviously searching for his son, Shane. - Hugh Morrus defeated Chris Kanyon in a WCW match in 6:03. This was actually a great solid contest between two men I thought wouldn't have the right styles to be able to mesh in and have a solid match with one-another. These two had some reaction, too as Kanyon was the heel of the match. Morrus came out dressed in his General Rection attire, getting a little 'MIA' chant going at the beginning of the contest. I hope when Chavo Guerrero Jr debuts he joins Morrus under an MIA tag team. I mean i heard Three Count are still planned to be an active tag team, obviously sans Shane Helms. Kanyon tried the Flatliner earlier on. Oh, I forgot to mention that Tony Schiavone and Scott Hudson called the action as David Penzer introduced the superstars. Morrus hit his amazing No Laughing Matter for the win. ***1/2 - Following the contest, the Holly Cousins, Steve Blackman and Essa Rios chased away Hugh Morrus before ganging up on Kanyon, unfortunately. I hate this. - Following the commercial break, we cut to the backstage area where Chris Jericho was being interviewed by Jim Ross as Jericho put over his Canadian amigos, Edge and Christian saying that Lance Storm's personality is like reading 'Mary Had A Little Lamb' to the point where Lance Storm WAS Mary's little lamb. Jericho announced that Lance Storm will become Jericho's dog after WWF InVasion. - Chris Jericho defeated Jerry Lynn in 8:49. This was a phenomenal contest between two men who have both been in ECW, WCW and finally, the WWF. These two men did indeed tear the house down in the ring and this was probably the match of the night overall so far. The only thing that could of been better was the length, but it was just a midcard match, and since there's only 40 odd minutes left on the show so, I suppose this had to do. But these two did some fine technical action in there with a good mix of high-flying moves as the crowd simply ate it all up. Jericho made Lynn look like God in comparison to him, Lynn was put over to no end, just a phenomenal back-and-forth contest. Lynn attempted a Cradle Piledriver but backed off before setting up for a Tombstone Piledriver which was also reversed as Jericho got out of it and applied the Walls of Jericho. Lynn tapped out after half a minute. ****1/2 - Chris Jericho celebrated as Lance Storm appeared on the rampway. Storm got on the microphone about him not really being that much of a WCW superstar as he personally thinks that WCW is too up in the air about itself. Storm says that when Jericho defeated Lynn, he showed how egotistical he was. Storm says that Jericho used to be his friend, but now he's just one of the happy people. Storm challenges Jericho to a match at WWF InVasion. - We see Shane McMahon talking to Diamond Dallas Page whilst enjoying a nacho in some dip as DDP compliments the food, Shane telling DDP to thank his father, Vince. DDP walks out as he bumps into Vince as DDP thanks Vince, comically. DDP keeps walking along, the camera following him as he tells Arn Anderson that if he sees Undertaker, then let him know that he wants to meet him in the ring for a formal apology on RAW, Monday. - Stevey-Boy Richards and Ivory defeated Spike Dudley and Molly Holly in an inter-gender tag team match in 4:57. A decent match but it wasn't really the greatest. Steven Richards was dressed up like British Bulldog, obviously a play on from Bulldog's real name, Davey Boy Smith. Anyways, Ivory was in her old violet attire, back with her scarf et cetera. The fans chanted 'ECW' again whenever Spike or Stevey was in there. Spike was interestingly announced as 'Little Spike Dudley'. An ECW turn draws closer. Molly came in at first before being beaten down on by Ivory. Stevey-Boy then stupidly blind-tagged himself into the match with Spike as Spike was worked on for a few moments before Spike began to become pissed off, screaming before taking out Richards repeatedly and leaving the ring. Spike grabbed a nearby chair before laying him out for a disqualification victory to Richards and Ivory! ** - The fans chanted 'ECW' repeatedly as Stevey-Boy Richards broke character, happily celebrating with Ivory on the rampway as Spike remained on all-fours outside of the ring. Molly left the ring and hugged him as she helped him backstage. Where could this be going. - A graphic hyping up our main event between Booker T, Kurt Angle and Tazz airs before we go to our final commercials. - Jim Ross replaced Tazz for the main event. - Kurt Angle defeated Booker T & Tazz in 11:12. This was another superb match, I've got to tell you, this show showed that they have some of the greatest stars in the world, there's been a lot of above average matches here tonight, and this just put the icing on the cake and man do I love icing on my cake. Suprised sort of that Booker T's WCW World Heavyweight Championship wasn't on the line as it'd add more flavor to this three-way promoton war. Tazz could of won the match a few times, but mainly, Angle and Booker double-teamed Tazz. The crowd cheered on Tazz but gave Angle some cheers, Angle is so funny he's over in my opinion. He came out with a bandage on his forehead from the chairshot from earlier on tonight at the hands of Rob Van Dam...Despite not bleeding! Tazz could of had this match won on few occasions as he was the underdog going into this contest, being an ECW representative. Booker and Angle brawled pretty hard amongst themselves whenever Tazz was out of the equation, also. Booker did some of his more trademarked moves but somehow the victim of his attacks either kicked out or the third man broke it up. The finish, wow it was extremely close. Booker attempted to axe kick Angle only for Kurt to apply the Ankle Lock. Tazz then jumped on Angle's back with the Tazzmission, pulling Angle down only for Kurt to keep the hold applied. Angle lost consciousness but the official was watching Booker tapping out to the ankle lock! **** - Following the contest, Kurt Angle was still trapped in Tazz's Tazzmission as Booker T sold the ankle lock superbly. The official took Tazz off of Angle as Kurt gasped for breath while the official raised his hand. - We cut to Shane McMahon's office where Shane was going irate about almost having another WWF guy beat. That's when Vince powered through the door (where's he been for the last halfhour?) Shane tells Vince to go away as he's got to think what to do about this situation. Vince looks at the television set and grins. Vince makes Booker T vs Kurt Angle for WWF RAW is WAR with the WCW World Heavyweight AND United States Heavyweight Championship at stake. We go off the air.

The main event was great and an answesome ending. Glad Tazz is back. The tension between WWF and WCW/ECW has been built up well. Jericho/Storm will be a great match. Looking forward to Angle vs Booker.

-Good opening promo with ECW. Rhyno/Austin is a good idea. -Good tag team match, hope Credible joins ECW. -Triple Threat main event should be nice. -Hardy/Malenko was great as I expected. I hope this means Malenko is offical ECW. -lol at Saturn and the Spike thing sounds interesting. -Austin/Rhyno was good and aftermath with Angle & RVD was great as well. -Good idea to do a WCW match, but Jericho/Lynn was awesome. Jericho/Storm will always be an awesome match. -Interesting angle with Spike -Good main event. Fantastic ending with the double submissions.
Good show, better than Raw. Looking forward to Angle/Booker.

Bringing back Too Cool is cool (no pun intended). Hope you go somewhere with Torrie as the messanger. Maybe Hardyz vs. Raven/Malenko soon? A little confused about the RVD/Austin stuff. Like the WCW officials and what not being part of that WCW match. Interesting wrath from Spike there. Really really interesting way to end that match with Angle winning but still passing out. Angle-Booker sounds really good as well.

Surprising that you'd bring back Too Cool to job out this early, but I understand that you want to put over APA and have them face off with the ECW guys, especially when they're pretty much leading the Anti-Invasion. The segment with Vince having to sit in the mop closest to watch the show was tremendous, especially since I could see it going down like that in real life. It's nice to see that you're actually putting over ECW/WCW as a force to be reckoned with, especially with having Shane take over Vince's own office and getting some booking in for Raw and Smackdown. Malenko (who I'm hoping is on the side of ECW instead of WCW) vs Hardy seemed like a good match, though I would have saved Raven for something else later in the night involving the Hardcore Championship and had an un-debuted ECW guy or someone defecting from WWF back to ECW instead, but it's still good. I'd like to see Malenko face off with Matt as well, since I vaguely remember them having a few matches during the whole Lita/Malenko angle (so stupid). DEFINITELY liking the mentions of the MIA and 3 Count, since I would totally love for them to become mainstay groups during this whole Invasion angle. Not sure why Shane Helms can't be apart of 3 Count though? Maybe I missed something before. I was hoping for a scuffle between Jericho/Edge/Christian and Storm/Palumbo/O'Haire to hype up that mini-feud a little bit more, but it's all good, seeing as Jericho/Lynn even getting a decent amount of airtime is good for me. I'm now curious as to where you're taking the DDP/Undertaker angle, seeing as I assumed it was over after the last encounter, but maybe not. Unless you're going for the happy DDP gimmick now, which is . The segments you're doing with Vince being miserable and everyone comically taking stabs at him and all are awesome, especially with DDP acting like it's fine that Shane is in Vince's office and all. AWESOME that you're having Stevie do the impersonation gimmick once again, I always thought he did a better job at it than Haas ever would/could. I hope the Spike thing ends up with either him turning on Molly or Molly getting sick of Spike's recklessness and leaving him. The finish to the main event was excellent, I don't think that could have ended any better, totally builds a suspense feeling to it and that's always a good thing. Can't wait for Raw!

WWF Jakked - Taped Monday 2nd July 2001; Aired Saturday 7th July 2001 - The usual Attitude Era-based signature kicks off tonight's edition of WWF Jakked, which is coincidentally dubbed as WWF Metal over in the United Kingdom. - The opening video package plays, Jakked opening up in some style as WWF Sunday Night Heat back from its early days. The video concludes with the logo showing up before we go to the live arena. - Kaientai defeated Air Raid in 4:57. A great way to kick off this edition of WWF Jakked as this USA-exclusive match involved a lot of athletic ability between two teams of great performers. Obviously it went short because of it, and the crowd were only into Kaientai, Air Raid previously being used as enhancement talent over in WCW. TAKA Michinoku finished the match off following the Michinoku Driver on Air Paris. *** - A replay from RAW is WAR's WWF Hardcore Championship defense between Mike Awesome, Spike Dudley and later, Raven is aired. - A replay from RAW is WAR's interpromotional match between the Hardy Boyz & Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire is aired. - Billy Gunn defeated Reno in 4:09. This match served as evidence that Billy Gunn has gone back to his babyface style, his haircut is ickish, it makes him look like a gay guy, he may be queer, I don't know, though. Anyways, he played as a team player, taking on former WCW member, Reno. Some slugging in this one, but Gunn managed to tame him and take him out with the Fame-Asser. *1/4 - A replay from RAW is WAR's Diamond Dallas Page vs Undertaker is shown. Also involving Steve Austin's calling out of Booker T. - K-Kwik defeated Brock Lesnar in 5:50. An impressive match here which was anticipated to be a simple squash match from K-Kwik to the powerhouse and uprising star in OVW, Brock Lesnar. But K-Kwik actually gave Lesnar some momentum, a decent main event to WWF Jakked. Lesnar did some pretty nice moves as the fans were into K-Kwik, a tiny Lesnar chant broke out but that was it. Lesnar went for the fast-paced style, obviously trying to outdo the local rapper, K-Kwik. K soon reversed Lesnar's swinging facebuster (OOC: F5) and hit the Scissors Kick for the win. ** WWF Metal - Taped Monday 2nd July 2001; Aired Saturday 7th July 2001 - The usual Attitude Era-based signature kicks off tonight's edition of WWF Metal, which is known as WWF Jakked over here in the USA. - The opening video package plays, Metal mainly all about the color gray, anyways, the video concludes with the respective logo showing up before we go to the live arena. - - Billy Gunn defeated Reno in 4:09. *1/4 - A replay from RAW is WAR's WWF Hardcore Championship defense between Mike Awesome, Spike Dudley and later, Raven is aired. (Jakked) - A replay from RAW is WAR's interpromotional match between the Hardy Boyz & Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire is aired. - Crash Holly defeated American Dragon in 3:39. This was actually a great match here tonight on WWF Metal as Crash Holly finally picked up the win over a local jobber. I heard that American Dragon was once the student of Shawn Michaels' at HBK's Training School a few years back. Anyways, Dragon did a few basic moves, but really that was it as the Jetson lookalike looked pretty good out there tonight. Crash hit the DDT for the victory. **3/4 - A replay from RAW is WAR's Diamond Dallas Page vs Undertaker is shown. Also involving Steve Austin's calling out of Booker T. - Chavo Guerrer Jr defeated Essa Rios in 4:58. A great match here between two of the finest cruiserweights/light-heavyweights in the WWF today, Chavo representing WCW as Essa, supporting the WWF. These two men had a true dogfight here, they both relied on their speed and technical abilities to get them far. The audience liked it, but not all of the audience, unfortunately. I saw a few people visiting the local lavatory in the background. Rios eventually missed the Moonsault and Chavo followed up with a roll-up, hooking for the tights for victory. **1/2

I know this isn't your main diary, but this is a lot shorter. I read everything so bare with me. I like how detailed all of you write ups are. Some really funny parts in there too. I'm not sure about the way your making Booker T look though, he looks pretty weak compared to the other champions at this point. I'm really interested with what your doing with Spike Dudley, hope he joins ECW. Like the mention of Danielson on Metal. Surprised to see Lesnar on the Jakked card as a jobber in the main event. Can't wait to see what you do with Edge/Christian/Jericho vs. Palumbo/O'Haire/Storm. That's probably my favorite feud. Keep up the good work. I'm going to keep reading this.
