I have the same ECW One Night Stand kit. My father works for a cable company and the WWE and WCW used to always send free stuff to them to promote PPVs. I got the ECW ONS Briefcase...mine came with the "See No Evil" inserts, the first aid kit, the ONS t-shirt, a John Cena Chain Gang pinner pendant and a World Title belt buckle. Pretty cool stuff all for free. I also got the WM 1 - 20 pin sets for free the same way.
