I snagged this pic from online, but when I was at Target today I found the 4 Turtles. Has anyone saw these or knew about them coming out? I had no idea until i spotted them. And if you do know about them are they releasing anyone besides the Turtles? I was so excited when I saw these in the aisle. Brought back so many memories!

Saw them at Target, it's cool because each comes with a DVD with an original episode. I just don't see myself buying TMNT toys

Yeah, I knew about them. They are for the 25th anniversary of the TMNT. I'd buy them, but I still own my originals.

Tempted....very tempted. Price? They were $8.99 @ my Target. Couldn't pass up the set just based on pure nostalgia. TMNT was one of the last lines I collected as a kid. Hopefully the others listed on the back (Shredder, Splinter, etc) will be released in future waves. Also love the throwback packaging...alomst identical to the originals. Definitely brought back some memories!

Those are bad inassed!!! I still have my Ralf. Might pick me up a Donny if I see it. My favourite TMNT's were the movie figs when Secret Of The Ooze came out. Anyone remember those??? They were made out of soft rubber and had the spots all over and scratches on their shells. Would be awesome if they made a chase Vanilla Ice now. Ninja, Ninja...RAP!!!

Supposedly all of the villains will be realesed in later waves. Here is a piece of the press release by Playmates: On the retro front, Playmates is re-introducing the original awesome 1987 action figure line, twelve figures in all, including the four Turtles, Splinter, Shredder and more. These figures will feature a "tubular" nostalgic 25th anniversary package design with a random assortment of classic TV episodes from the inaugural season.

Meh, I like my NECA turtles WAAAAAAAAAY more. Plus, the old school figures from Playmates are still cheap and ridiculously easy to find in comic shops.

I didnt know these were coming out so finding them today in target was a real special surprise memory for me. My aunt gave me 2 of the original turtles for christmas this year ( when we were little she collected all the ones we got but MOC ) so I just got a raph and donny and the packaging is identical. minus the whole dvd part
