Yo. Can someone explain how the whole Setanta Sports thing works? What I want to know is, if I order it today, will I get it straight away? Or will it start from Monday, the beginning of October? Also, I've heard that if you're buying it with freeview you get put on a waiting list, is this the same with Sky customers?
Thanks for any help.

I got up a bit ago and there was a note from my dad saying 'I've ordered Setanta because the United v Brum match isn't on bloody Sky'
Anyway I've checked all the Setanta channels and they're all working. So I'm assuming as soon as you order it it works. You can cancel it whenever you want aswell if you're fed up of it.

My grandad ordered it and the channel was working within a minute or two of doing so. You get every channel/package, and it costs £9.99 per month (I think).
From what I've heard, there's no waiting list, either.

Just ordered it. Their was some right Scottish lass on the automatic message thing, I was like "translator? :-|". She said it had been ordered successfully, but can't tell me when it'll be ready, or something along those lines. Best be on by 8pm.

My Dad got it a couple of months ago, and it was a balls to get up and running, took over a day, that is if you are getting it for Freeview and it is integrated (pre-installed Freeview), you'll need a card which is £30

Did it get up? Sky > Setanta TBH Stating the obvious. Setanta's alright though, at least I get to see the United matches that aren't on Sky or I aren't at.

An extra £10 a month seems like alot considering Prem Plus was like £50 for the whole season!
