twice in the last month I've had three and four scratch marks like a cat scratched me. But I don't own any cats. Now I know some people say it's a ghost or demon. but that seems silly. It's not from my fingernails they're chewed down I even tried doing it by scraching myself but couldn't draw blood. I sleep alone so its not from anyone. Any ideas or has this happend to any of you?

It does seem silly but it could be ghosts.
or there is something on your bed that scratches you when you roll over on it.

If you sleep on a box spring mattress, check it for any holes, those damn springs can be sharp.

Fine, it's leprosy? Someone call Dr. Hulk. Sounds like bed lice to me or possibly bed bugs. You're not supposed to let them bite you know.

It could just be your pillow was folded or wrinkled and it left marks on your face?

it's on my thigh and wrist. So it's bed bugs or my pillow. Should have known better than to ask boneheads.

I kind of know what you mean. I sometimes wake up with a solitary scratch somewhere on either of my hands. Not very often, but it does happen. Usually no longer than half an inch on one of my fingers. It bugs me because I've no idea where it could possibly have come from.

This happened to someone I know. He was convinced he was abducted by aliens... Pretty strange. But yeah check for anything that can scratch you.

Right, I'm thinking that around 2-3 hours after you've fallen into a deep sleep, a neighbour hood cat sneaks through your window, opens your fridge, eats some foods, throws up the food, eats the vomit then scratches you because you sleep on a couch. The cat then leaves, ready for a night of prowling and a day of sleeping.
I think.
