In the case of Reliant Stadium, they would have the option to either have the roof open or closed for WrestleMania. The retractable roof's support runs lengthwise on the west and east side of the stadium. All of the lighting fixtures will likely hang from those supports, meaning nothing will hang off the roof. If it's beautiful outside, unless it interferes with the lighting and pyro displays, I'd say keep it open as it adds a very unique feel to the show. But, if they have to hang speaker systems, pyros and the MITB rig dead center, it should be closed.
The real question, though, is will they even have the option to do it? If the roof isn't fixed yet, will the owners of the stadium fix it in time for WM or will they wait later in the Spring season to fix it?

I think it will be closed. It is not something they are going to decide the day of. They already know what they are doing and have known. If its going to be open then they will have to build from the ground up like WM 24 which personally I did not like. If they are going to have it closed then the trussing for lights, speaker, and pyro will be hanging from the roof so it can't be opened.

Its going to be closed. What would be the purpose of having it in a domed stadium otherwise?

I think it should be closed! I attended Mania 24 and it sucked sitting in the damned rain. Dude, I was at WM XXIV, and it didn't rain that much. Hell, I wouldn't even consider it as really raining. It was a light sprinkle, but it didn't last very long.
