In advance, I'm sorry if this has already been discussed. I didn't see it anywhere, though I figured it was certainly worth mentioning.
Did anyone notice that WWE has switched the side of the arena it sets up cameras on? Not only that, the entrance has been totally flip-flopped.
I hate to be nit-picky, but this has always bothered me. You'd see it happen occasionally - a few times a year, I always assumed it had something to do with the type of arena they were in, where it made more sense to set up shop in that way based on the facilities.
However, after it being present at the Smackdown/ECW tapings last week, Raw last night, and now Smackdown/ECW again this week, I'm feeling as though its becoming permanent?
I can't help but notice, it seems incredibly strange to me, and the entrance seems so jumbled and out of place. Not to mention it looks as though they may have replaced a couple of pieces.
Does this happen to bother anyone else?

YES!
I dislike it how it is now. Wish it was back to the old way.

Awesome to see someone with the same views as me.

Does this happen to bother anyone else? The entrance and camera setups usually does have to do with the arena's alignment itself. For the most part, the stage and entrance is set up wherever the loading area is located in the arena. Most arenas have it on the "left" side of the arena. Whenever the entrance is flipped around and they walk in from the "right" side, it's either that the arena's loading area is on that side or the hard cameras are placed on the opposite side to accomodate more people into the crowd.

I think Patriot's right. It all depends on the arena's set up. They've always occasionally flipped the camera side, but it's more noticeable with the current stage. Chances are they've just happened to be taping in arenas with the "backward" set up to it. It does bug me as well, as I think the stage looks odd when it's flipped around.

I don't like how the wrestlers change their entrances to match the side the camera is on. I wish they'd keep them the same and we'd get a different angle of it, just to mix things up.

Yes, there's an Arena in San Jose, CA called HP Pavilion (hosting the Raw after GAB) and WWE always films from the other side of the arena, so as far as that, I don't know. I hope that is was a temporary move. I'm sure if it's permanent, though, we'll all get used to it. Besides, it's been over a year since WWE has changed up it's stage, so let's embrace change, not fear it, haha.

It is not permanent. The past few arenas just happen to be those that are flipped around.

Hopefully the general consensus is correct, and it just so happens that the last three arenas WWE has taped in had reversed set ups.
