Well Hamilton Championship Wrestling is starting again and i haven't wrestled in a year. So how can i work off the rust. Karma for people that help!

only way to work off ring rust is to wrestle. You can practice bumping, chaining, flipping, and everything first, which isnt a bad idea, but unless you actually get in there and start wrestling, you wont get the rust off.

Sand the area down, I suggest a grinder or orbital sander. Fill with Bondo, use high grit sandpaper to smooth out the rough areas for an even and level surface. Prime the area, and then feather on the necessary automotive paint.

do some workouts in a wrestling ring to get familiar with it againn and then get a buddy with u and run through some drills, i'm not a wrestler my self ( i wanna b but im only 15 at the mo) but i would assume that would work
