Just keep it clean. If the are deep, then you will end up with scars for the rest of your life. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

get all the glass out...
if not...
it will push itself out eventually, but you def wanna get anything big out first to let the bleeding clot. then just keep it clean and let it heal.
P.S. - Amethyst says Cover it during the day to protect it, but let it air out at night, so that it'll develop a scab.
