We see these posts like once a week so I'm sure someone can get you an answer.
My answer:
I had this problem with my RA31 Jillian. I toor up pieces of cotton(from cotton balls) and unbent a paper clip and made it straight and pushed pieces of cotton in it until it stopped spinning like crazy.
I tried the putting it in the freezer method, only thing I got was a Jillian Hall ice cube, don't worry she started singing and it busted the ice up ;D

a drop of super glue it the joint will fix it. Put a drop or two of glue in the joint and then make sure you keep moving the joint until the glue dries. This will tighten it up.

I prefer plastic model cement, which is able to be broken after it's dried so you won't have to worry about accidentally fusing a figure's arm in place.
