To TV or possibly DVD www.foxstore.com/detail.php?item=6497Listed on the special features for Fox's Bones Season 4 DVD is a trailer for a Buffy S8 Comic Book Adaptation. I think its good that us Buffy fan's are getting something that involves the creator of Buffy. Anyone who follows the season 8 comics knows Joss Whedon is heavily involved. There have been rumors of this happening and it looks like those rumors are true. The only thing is it isnt know yet if it'll be a motion comic or an actual animated series. Either way its great news. I know there are some other Buffy fans on WF so what do you guys think about this?

I think it ended when and where it should have, no more Sunnydale, all is well, Buffy moves on. Doing this ruins a great ending.

Have you read any of Buffy Season 8? it carried on from the TV series very well if you have not read it trust me you will not be dissapointed. In fact my only dissapointment with Buffy Season 8 was that I wished it was a TV series lol. THis is good news and I really hope its a animated series adaption.

imo, the comics are herendous and don't have the same magic the series did. After The Fall was a great read, but it got a bit stupid.

You should read the Drusilla comics in the Angel series. Juliet Landau the actress who played Dru worked on it as a writer. And it's the best part of the series.

Does it tie into it like Spike After The Fall, or is it seperate?

Does it tie into it like Spike After The Fall, or is it seperate? It's separate from his and are part of the Angel series as they are issues 24 and 25 of Angel after the fall. The first one is set before the fall where she's kept in an insane asylum. The second one thats coming out takes place after the fall and may involve Spike and the others I'm not sure.

Agh, okay. I kind of stopped reading when Fred was bought back I think (probably completely wrong there though), so I lost my footing. I'll try and hunt them down. What are they up to atm including tie ins?

I'd rather a Joss-made movie, to be honest. But this is still good.

I'm pretty good with the comics as is. I'd rather they just stick to the comics, or get the cast back for a movie. The latter doesn't seem like it will ever happen.

Hey if they can make Ian McKellen and Patrick Stewart look younger for a scene in X-men 3 I'm sure they could do the same for James and David.
