Is actually the future of the WWE? Now I'm not saying I don't like him or anything, infact he is one of my favourites. But they have taken too long to give him a World Title shot and he keeps being put in pointless fueds, and also he is face. RAW needs a second top heel, and MVP can provide that. Also many people seem to forget that he is Batista's age (or close). I saw a few days ago on another forum someone predicted who would be in the main event scene in 2019, and MVP was listed as a maineventer, really, a 50 year old BALLIN wwe superstar?

cause he has the talent, look, charisma, swagger, move set, and gimmick to get him to the top. not sure what wwe is waiting for.

One thing i've always been able to tell about MVP, is that he isn't anything like the character he is on TV (Unless they changed him drastically from when I last watched a few years ago). The guy has a very plain boring look. Great on the mic though.
If they actually have him being 'real' instead of some asshat that is just going through the motions..he could maybe be something. But right now..he's about as interesting as D'lo brown when he left Mark Henry

I thought he was about 35 not 40, besides he looks young, is over and has charisma. His in ring style doesn't work with most fo the WWE roster sadly and he hasn't learned to adapt too well so no he isn't the future but he will be around for sometime to come.

Beats me. His legacy will forever be tainted by "LITTLE SHORTY SHERRI SHEPARD FROM THE VIEW?! MAN I LOOOOOOOOVE THE VIEW!"

He's 35, is over, has great ringskills, can get the crowd hyped up, has superb mic skills and has the look. I am pissed off he hasn't even got a title shot yet, and he's been there for a full 3 years, where-as John Morrison gets one in his first 6 weeks as a face, WTF is that? John Morrison cannot draw the reaction MVP does and that isn't me being biased, you find me a promo where the crowd were on fire for him like they were for MVP last week, during his face run. Anyways, I agree with you on this... MVP's character was better as a heel and I was just saying to my friend yesterday that he might actually turn on Mark Henry if he loses at Breaking Point. I hope this doesn't happen as he is doing better as a face (ring wise, mic wise but NOT character wise). He reminded me alot of the Rock this week. The only thing he is lacking is a good finishing move. The drive by kick was that finishing move but he dropped that when he moved to Raw... ANOTHER mistake, just like Kennedy... him moving to Raw is going to kill his career because they NEVER EVER let anybody new take over. This week's Raw will be packed with 45 minutes of DX segments, a 15 minute Randy Orton promo, a 4 minute match between MVP vs Chris Jericho and if we're lucky, we'll get another Rhodes... DiBiase... LEGACY! vs John Cena, Triple H and Shawn Michaels . I'm sick of it, I'll have no doubt in my mind that he would be a world champion now and would possible be feuding with CM Punk on Smackdown if he wasn't moved.

I think he is alright, I don't see him being the next Cena or anything like that, I think Morrison is the future

for some reason, to me at least, he seems to have something that reminds me of The Rock.

Within 3-5 years these guys will be "at the top" (if they dont do anything stupid and get themselves fired or suspended)
Punk MVP Morrison Kofi Kingston Christian Shelton Bourne DiBiase Jr. Miz
All for various reasons. HBK, Undertaker, Rey will all be retired. HHH & Cena will fill their roles as the veterans used for big matches and to put guys over. The younger Vets at the top now (Jericho, Edge, Orton, Big Show) will all be there too but floating in between Main Event & mid card feuds.
The younger crop who are putting in their time now will be all over the place running the show

He's not long term future. But over the next 3-5 years yes, he is the (near) future.

His gimmick was better as a heel. I'd like to see him have a new finisher, and a entourage come to the ring with him like Floyd Mayweather does. That way they could play off his cocky sports star image.

I think he's slow in the ring. His match with Swagger at SS showed either WWE are not giving MVP enough time to put on a good match or he's nowhere near as good as Christian or Matt Hardy who should be main eventing and feuding with the big guns.
I think he's really smooth on the mic but his matches are dull as a face. His feud with Matt was superb until the 5 month break and rushed conclusion.
I thought the timing was perfect for them to push him up as a heel last year when that feud got done with but they put him on the losing streak, turned him face and he's just been blah since.

I find him very boring and not that great in the ring. I must say, he has charisma and is great on the mic, but I honestly don't see why people like him so much. I'm sorry, but I don't think he's going anywhere.

I just worry that MVP's peaked in his WWE career.
