So I found pictures of DA 22 online, and guess what? Jakks is back to their usual ways. SO, not only does CM Punk have nothing but black tattoos, but Batista has no outline on his tights, Swagger has little detail on his singlet, and Christan.....well.....I'll let pictures speak for themselves on him. HOWEVER! To Jakks' credit, here is Orton, who looks decent. So, what shall we discuss first?

Who's the 6th guy in the set?
Also, the lack of details on them really harms how Swagger & Christian look.

The last person is HHH, who looks almost identical to his DA 1 release, except his hands are tapped correctly. Plus, in the picture, his WWE title is covering his tights.

Sorry, the last figure I picked up was RA 40 Jericho, which was damn near perfect IMO. So I guess I cut them alittle slack for that gem. However, I don't disagree with your statement.

All is forgiven It's just that I have NEVER seen a company constantly cheap out on their figures from the proto stage to the final product as Jakks does. But what is even worse is that we consumers are so loyal that we constantly buy their crap which just reinforces them to continue to do it.

It would be one thing if the protos looked just like the figures we are getting. It's a completely different thing to advertise one figure, with all these details and whatnot. Then when the figure is actually released, it looks nothing like it should.
Last time I checked, that is false advertising.
If you are inticing me to buy your product, and I preorder this product under the impression it will look a certain way, and it doesn't end up looking the way it's advertised....that's false advertising.

No its not, Matlock. The final product is subject to change. I agree, it sucks. Christian and Swagger are dreadful, while the black tats on Punk look terrible. But false advertising? Next thing we will hear is racism.

False advertising would be when they produced the original Hell in a Cell set where on the box it shows the roof, but in the package it was just a steel cage. That was complete bull****. There was no way to tell it wasn't even what was advertised until you bought the thing and opened it up yourself.
But anyway, I'm not remotely surprised about DA22. They've been doing this kind of crap all year. It's quite amazing that a little extra paint on recycled body types priced at over $10 is just too costly. I don't buy that for one second.

What is false advertisement?Proof RequirementGee, that sure is funny. I'm pretty sure that all 5 of those things could be contributed to this discussion. But what do I know? I'm no Matlock...

The Proto pictures on the back of each figure's box are unchanged, even when the figures don't look the same. They are advertising one thing, but producing another.
