Shane McMahon comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. Shane McMahon goes on with how the IWF will take WWE’s place. Shane continued on with how he got the idea to make IWF, and he said that he knew his father’s WWE would be crap. Shane welcomed everyone to Magnitude. Shane then talked about the first 5 matches of the show. He said the first match will be for the Television Title, Mark Henry vs. Muhammad Hassan vs. The Great Kahli. He then said that the 2nd match will be C.M. Punk vs. Elijah Burke, the winner faces the winner of RVD vs. Mr. Kennedy for the Intercontinental Title. Then he said the 4th match will face Randy Orton & Batista vs. Scott Hall & Kevin Nash for the World Tag Team titles. After that, he continued that he will announce the main event later tonight. He left the ring with applause.
Match #1; Television Title:
Mark Henry vs. Muhammad Hassan vs. Great Kahli
Each man was staring at each other as Hassan and Kahli double teamed Henry. Henry fought back and head butted Hassan in the head. Henry and Kahli were trading blows until finally Hassan came from behind and whacked Kahli in the back with a chair. Kahli turned to Hassan as Henry closelined Kahli from behind. Kahli fell to the mat making a loud thump. Hassan then went to hit Henry with the chair, but Henry hit the chair with his fist and side scoop slammed Hassan on top of the chair. Henry pinned Hassan, but Hassan kicked out. Kahli got up and turned Henry around as (again) the two were trading blows. Henry then got the head butt on Kahli. Hassan rolled out of the ring holding his back. Henry then chopped Kahli and then grabbed a chair and busted Kahli open giving him a hard swing to the head. Kahli fell through the middle rope and was knocked out. Hassan got in the ring, and gave Henry a couple right punches. Henry then caught Hassan’s punch and twisted his hand. Henry then grabbed Hassan and gave him a body slam. Henry then nailed the “Splash” on Hassan and covered for the victory!
Winner, New Television Champion: Mark Henry
Mark Henry then taunted the crowd as the crowd booed him. Henry then yelled, “This is my world. Nobody will ever surpass me!” From behind, Samoa Joe nailed Henry in the back of the head with a car pipe. Henry fell to the mat. Samoa Joe then taunted Henry saying, “Joe’s Gonna Kill You” Then the fans started chanting, “Joe’s Gonna Kill You!” Joe grabbed the Television title and spit on it. Joe then threw the belt on top of Henry as he left the ring.
Match #2; Winner faces the Winner of RVD & Kennedy for the Intercontinental Title:
C.M. Punk vs. Elijah Burke
Punk got the huge ovation from the crowd. Punk had the fans cheering him on Punk started the match by giving Burke a loud kick to the side of the head. Burke kept his balance and remained still. Burke then tackled Punk down and grounded some punches to the head of Punk. Punk then managed to have his leg kick Burke in the back a couple of times. Burke then got off of Punk. Punk got up quickly going to Burke giving him strikes. Punk then grabbed Burke and put him in a grapple position. Punk then gave Burke a mighty suplex. Burke then hit the mat hard and was clinching his back. Punk then had Burke down. Punk then gave Burke a leg drop. Punk covered Burke, but Burke kicked out. Punk got up, picking Burke up as well giving him a couple of chops. Burke then fought back giving Punk a nice suplex. Burke covered Punk, but Punk kicked out before the three count. Burke got up and Punk struggled to get up using the ropes as leverage. Burke then kneed Punk in the face. Burke then gave Punk a side scoop slam. Burke then set Punk up for the Elijah Express. Burke ran at Punk and went for the Elijah Express, but Punk moved as Burke hit his knees on the turnbuckle. Burke turned around and Punk kicked him in the guts. Punk then gave Burke the Go to Sleep. Punk covered Burke for the win!
Winner; C.M. Punk
C.M. Punk celebrated his win! Punk then grabbed the microphone and told the guys in the back to cut the music. Punk then said that whoever he fights, he will beat them on Magnitude #2. He said he will be the first ever IWF intercontinental champion!
Match #3: Winner Faces C.M. Punk Next Week for the Intercontinental Title;
Rob Van Dam vs. Mr. Kennedy
Rob Van Dam got a huge ovation from the crowd Whenever Kennedy came out, the crowd gave Kennedy a lot of boos. Kennedy and RVD started the match grappling each other. Kennedy then kneed RVD in the gut. RVD came back fighting his way and gave Kennedy a huge blow to the head. Kennedy almost fell down, but kept his balance holding the ropes. RVD then stepped back. Kennedy came forward and RVD ran at Kennedy and gave him an awesome looking spinning wheel kick. RVD covered Kennedy, but Kennedy kicked out almost at the three count. RVD picked Kennedy up by his head and gave him some strikes to the head. Kennedy then fought back giving RVD a suplex. Kennedy then gave RVD an elbow drop. Kennedy then extended RVD’s arm out. Kennedy then stomped on RVD’s hand several times. RVD then rolled out of the ring as Kennedy jumped and his knee on the mat. Kennedy then rolled around the ring holding his leg. RVD got on the top rope from the outside, and delivered the Frog Splash on top of Ken Kennedy. RVD pinned Kennedy for the win!

Backstage Segment:
Lillian Garcia was standing next to Randy Orton and Batista. Randy Orton just cut Lillian Garcia off. Orton grabbed the microphone from her and pushed her away. Orton then said that nWo was no where near better then Evolution. Randy Orton then said that they will shutdown the nWo for good. Batista then said Orton and Batista will be new Tag Team Champions. Batista and Orton then left for the ring.
Match #4; Tag team match; Tag Team Titles
“nWo” Scott Hall & Kevin Nash vs. “Evolution” Randy Orton & Batista
Randy Orton and Scott Hall started the match. Randy Orton spit in Scott Hall’s face. Orton then slapped Scott Hall in the face. Scott Hall looked disgusted. Orton then kicked Scott Hall in the gut and gave him the RKO. Orton covered for the win, but Kevin Nash came in the ring at the count of 1 and gave Orton a big boot. Scott Hall got up and tagged Kevin Nash in. Kevin Nash picked Randy Orton up and choked him. Kevin Nash rose Orton up. Kevin Nash then slammed Orton down on the mat. Orton was clinching his back. Orton got up and tried to strike at Nash, but Nash countered Orton’s punch into a side scoop slam. Kevin Nash covered Orton, but Orton kicked out. Kevin Nash got up slowly. Orton quickly crawled over to Batista and tagged him in. Kevin Nash turned around and Batista ran at him and gave him a mighty spear. Batista then taunted as the crowd cheered. Batista picked Kevin Nash up and kicked him in the gut. Batista picked Kevin Nash up for the Batista Bomb and nailed the Batista Bomb on him. Nash then tagged Scott Hall in. Batista tagged Randy Orton in the match. Batista then gave Scott Hall the Batista Bomb. Orton picked Scott Hall up and gave him the RKO. Randy Orton covered for the victory!
Winner; New tag team Champions, Evolution!
Evolution celebrated. Then the two pushed Nash and hall out of the ring and continued their celebration. Basham Brothers music played. Evolution turned their attention to the entrance. From behind, the Basham Brothers attacked Orton and Batista with steel pipes. Basham Brothers beat Evolution down. Kevin Nash and Scott Hall came in the ring and attacked the Basham Brothers. Kevin Nash power bombed Doug Basham. Scott Hall gave Danny Basham the “Over the Edge!” security came out and separated the three teams.
Shane McMahon came out with a disgusted look on his face. Shane McMahon said that he is pissed off that Magnitude started out with security coming out escorting 6 wrestlers. He then said that it doesn’t matter. He stated that the Main Event DOES matter. He then said that for the World Heavyweight Champion, in a 1 v 1 with John Cena facing Edge right now.
Match #5; Single’s Match; World Heavyweight Title;
John Cena vs. Edge
John Cena got he loudest pop from the crowd. John Cena then nailed Edge in the face. John Cena kicked Edge in the guts, and then John Cena went for the F-U, but Edge got out of it. John Cena turned around as Edge speared John Cena. Edge covered John Cena, but John Cena kicked out. Edge picked John Cena up. Edge kicked John Cena and then gave him the Edge-A-Caution. Edge then gave John Cena the Ankle Lock. John Cena was close to tapping out, but Cena reached out and grabbed the last ropes. The referee made Edge stop the submission. Edge then started kicking John Cena in the back. John Cena then fought back kicking Edge in the leg. John Cena got up quickly and telling Edge, “You Can’t See Me.” John Cena then nailed Edge in the face. Edge was clinching his face. John Cena then nailed the 5 Knuckle Shuffle on Edge. John Cena covered Edge, but Edge kicked out at the count of two. John Cena was furious. John Cena picked Edge up and gave him the F-U. John Cena, hoping that he could get the win, covered Edge, but (somehow) Edge managed to kick out of the F-U. John Cena got up and argued with the referee. He told the referee that it’ll be over right now. Cena turned out and picked Edge up. John Cena kicked Edge in the gut slowly. John Cena picked Edge for the F-U and connected with it. Cena pinned for the victory, but Edge kicked out again! Everybody was shocked even the referee and Shane McMahon! John Cena went to the referee pulling on his shirt. John Cena turned around and BAM! Cena got hit with a chair from Shane McMahon. Edge, Shane McMahon, and referee David Hebnar started beating John Cena down. Edge then nailed John Cena in the head with the chair and gave Cena the Conchairto. Edge covered John Cena as Referee Hebnar quickly counted to three.
Winner; New World Heavyweight Champion, Edge
After the Match, all three of them continued the beating on John Cena. Undertaker came out on his motorcycle quickly. Undertaker got out of the ring as Edge and Referee Hebnar got out of the ring. Undertaker caught Shane McMahon and gave him the Last Ride. Undertaker checked on John Cena to see if he was okay. Undertaker pulled Cena up. The two were in the ring alone with a knocked out Shane McMahon. Jim Ross and Michael Cole thanked everybody for watching Magnitude. They said to tune in next Monday to see what’s happening next!
