I doubt it's wrong, Fall 2010 is their target date, but plans change sometimes.

They said all along, since the first press release after getting the TNA license, that they wouldn't be out until Fall 2010.

Probably has something to do with a no compete clause.

Wow, that is BAD planning. Nothing like giving Mattel a massive headstart in the competition.
I don't honestly understand the delay. Jakks has known of this for HOW LONG? And what is up with the half-assed final series and dropping figures from line-ups? I figured it was for TNA's benefit. Now it was clearly laziness.

You guys ever think it's a LEGAL reason? And not just Jakks going "Oh..no.. we'll wait until June"?

You guys ever think it's a LEGAL reason? And not just Jakks going "Oh..no.. we'll wait until June"? It's not. Their contract is up, therefore they have no obligations to WWE. Just like when a superstar's contract is up, he can do as he please, unless he is released from his contract then he has a 90 no compete clause. Because their contract is finished then there is no legal matter involved.

No Steiner/Booker then as according to reports, they're on their way out. Sting could be going as soon as Sunday. Angle could have gone by then as could Jarrett. Can't see Foley being there much longer as well as Nash. A lot can happen in a year.

Why are you shocked that it will be a year? Jakks has a lot of work to do figuring out all the details they are going to take off of the protos.

I'm worried that by that time it might be too late for Sting. I mean they could always sign him to a special contract if he does indeed leave soon, but who knows.

There are more than 1 kind of contracts in this world, most are unique to be honest.

That's absurd, and only an idiot would sign hat deal.. I'm that Jakks has their own reasons, and whatever that may be it's a huge mistake.

yea, really makes no sense, if thats the case then why show anything now...why not just wait till Feb toy fair. By then Booker, scott, sting prob wont even be there. Plus it gives a leg up for Mattel to get their product out. I guess it wont matter to them casue Jakks will still have WWE toys on the shelves.
