Yeah quick question im just about to order elite figures online, im definitley getting edge and cm punk... i can afford one more but im not sure which. Im torn between Undertaker and MVP. Mvp looks amazing, but im an Undertaker man, but there is something about the figure that looks weird to me.
For people who have the elites which would you recommend between the 2?

Well, I only have the Elite 1 Undertaker, but here are some things I've noticed about it:
CONS - His ankle joints are pretty loose which can complicate displaying him proplerly if that's what you do with your figures. I've heard this is a pretty common problem with the Elite Undertaker as well.
- The coat can be pretty tricky to take off, especially if you're afraid to be a little rough with your figures. Personally, I haven't taken the coat off of mine because it looks amazing. However, I'm a little weary of taking it off as well because his arms have little to no articulation while the jacket is on, so I'm not sure how much pressure a person would have to apply to remove the coat.
PROS - Full arm sleeve tattoos - Perfectly in scale with both Elite and Basic figures - Figure stands out from others while on display - One of the most accurate representations of The Undertaker ever made, you'll be hard pressed to find something that looks more like him.
Again, I haven't removed the coat yet so I can't comment on full body articulation, but I'm sure there are many people here that have.
I hope this helps.

I have the elite MVP and its a great figure, you get accurate necklaces and headband.
The taker looks good too but i keep hearing about the coat been to hard to remove ect so you wouldn't do it often :-\
I say MVP.

endless, the Taker coat is a pain... but once you get a hang of it, it's actually fairly easy to take on and off. His arms go so far back, that if you align them properly, the coat slides on and off(and under his hair) nicely. It would be tough for me to describe exactly how, but if you play around with it enough, you'll see it's not that difficult.
I'd go w/ UTaker... I was extremely disappointed with MVPs chains. For some reason, maybe from viewing the proto, I thought his chains would be more like Razors(from WMX Jakks 2 pack) as opposed to the cheapy ones on him.
Also, considering they will eventually make a new MVP with his new outfit(sleeveless and tats), i'd hold out for that one and stick with the legend. Just my opinion.

From a pure figure standpoint, I'd say MVP. There's no stiff coat hindering articulation, and the head sculpt is one of the best in the line. Undertaker looks cool as hell though, it's a tough decision. They're both good enough figures that I'd recommend going with whichever wrestler you like more.

Am I the only person who has little to no problems with Undertaker's coat?
I mean, mine is obviously hard plastic as well, but the middle seam makes it easy to bend and get on and off of the figure.
Anyways, I only own the Undertaker figure, and it's by far one of my favorite figures I own, Jakks or Mattel.

It's pretty easy to remove and replace, the problem is that it mostly immobilizes the figure while he's wearing it. It's not as rigid as Edge's coat, but it's still far more restrictive than it should be.

MVP. It's his best figure to date.

I would get 'Taker. It is the definitive modern Undertaker figure.
Mattel already stated in their last Q/A that they are working on MVPs tattoos for his next figure. So a more recent MVP is on deck.
I held off on MVP for that reason.
