CS, BCA, RA3, TTL, AD, DA, CSDA and many more lines had their ups and downs. But in your opinion, now that the Classic Superstars line has come and gone, was it Jakks' most memorable and definitive lineup?
When taking into consideration all of what Jakks produced over their multi-year tenure making WWF/WWE products, I believe that the Classic Superstars line was indeed Jakks' greatest achievement.
But, that's just me. I'd love to hear the rest of your thoughts!

I am pretty sure that universally CS will be considered Jakks best line.
But for me, nothing beats BCA when it comes to Jakks.

The CS really brought out great memories for me (mostly the 90s). From guys like Razor, DiBiase, Jake Roberts, Lex Luger, Yoko, JYD, Earthquake, Demolition to the Attitude Era like X-Pac, Rock, Austin, Shamrock, SWAT Bossman, and Too Cool. So I'd say, yes it is Jakks greatest line produced.

I was HUGE on BCA back in the day when it was in it's prime. I still have all my BCA figures complete with what they came with, which totals over 80 figures.
Actually, the other night when I was shifting things around in the garage I found my old WWF Monster Ring. It was $29.99 at Walmart back in 1996 and it's was the closest thing back then to an Real Scale Ring is now.

YES!
In my opinion, the "best Wrestling figure line" ever produced is the CLASSIC SUPERSTARS FIGURE line by jakks.
The only other wrestling figure line, in wrestling history, that would compare is the LJN line of figures! I would still consider them second all time!
Hey , just what I think!
Everyone has an opinion... right?

Everyone has an opinion... right? Precisely, that's why I made this topic in the first place. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and yours isn't more right than mine, and vice versa. When it comes to toys, action figures especially, they impact us all in different ways. People that are fortunate enough to have toys as a child usually develop some sort of special bond or lasting memory with their favorite toys. For us, it just happens to be wrestling figures. I would say that the BCA line rivals the CS line in many ways too. Because of the times and advancement of technology, the CS line naturally takes the cake in terms of look, and general likeness between a figure and their real life counterpart. However, for it's time, the BCA line did an outstanding job at capturing the likeness of each superstar, so I guess one could say that BCA compared to CS is just apples and oranges.

From a quality pov I think the TTL figures from 00-01 (02 at a push) had amazing detail before the RA era started. Just look at the house of pain series for example. So many figures in thes era had back designs on there shirts.

TTL was definitely the beginning of a new era for Jakks with headscans and more accurate attire. It's amazing to see now how accurate figure accessories are. T-shirts, ring gear, attire, title belts, you name it and it looks a heck of a lot better than it did 9-10 years ago.

It has to be CS.
They had lots of character specific accessories like Vader's elephant mask, Papa Shango's bone necklace, Jake's snake, Million Dollar Man's banknotes, Koko B Ware's parrot, etc.

Without question YES! Jakks not only gave us 182 DIFFERENT personalities and 513 total figures in the CS line, but they gave us faces and characters we never thought we'd see in figure form under the WWE name.
I mean, 5 year ago, did ANYONE think we'd get a Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior, Bruno Sammartino, and many others? WHen I first learned of the CS line and heard Bret AND Warrior were in the first set, I was shocked to say the least!
AFt first I was naive about having lesser known names in the line. But the mature side of me realized this line was including EVERYONE, whether it be at the top of the card or jobber status. And it was absolutely! For some personalities, there CS figure is the ONLY figure they've had prodcued! Johnny Rodz, Outlaw Ron Bass, Tony Atlas, Rocky Johnson, Peter Maivia, and many more.
While Jakks started the line off with a bang I was sad to see it decline in the very end. I was pretty happy with CS 1 - 26. CS 27 and CS 28 I wish had been kept at their original line-ups as there were about 10 new faces to be made. I guess it wasn't to be, but I am very happy with the CS line and my only hope if Jakks tries to continue this line as closely as possible under the TNA banner as well as fill int he gaps missed while under the WWE banner (Owen, Savage, Bravo, etc).
