Alright, it's early, I'm bored and I've never seen this discussed before.
I believe a huge problem in WWE nowadays is that it seems newcomers are getting pushed to the biggest company in the world when they are still developing their skills. While this works in a select few cases, mostly it's just awkward. Since when did the big leagues become a kindergarten for people to learn? I fully believe the WWE should only be bringing people up when they are good and ready. When they are no longer green in the ring, when they are getting good on the microphone and when they develop themselves into an individual.
I've seen far too many people brought up in the last 8-9 years that are all the same, lack microphone skills and are still green in the ring. What's the point of having a developmental territory when they are still green and learning basics when they reach the WWE? What happened to the early-mid 90's where everyone had a place, most could talk really well on the microphone and nobody just blended into each other because they are so similar.
I think all these newcomers should have to work harder to get to the WWE. Work their microphone skills, wrestle for an extra year before coming up to get the experience and actually get some charisma. Granted, as said, some newcomers do fantastic and have a lot of charisma, but too many fade away to nothing because they don't stand out, which is exactly why WWE should hold off on a lot of new stars. By the way, I'm not saying people should be 100% amazing in the ring/mic when they come up, but they should know the basics and be getting a lot better. There is a place to learn in WWE, but not a place for beginners.
Thoughts/Arguments?
