Are people happy that WWE went ahead and made the Michaels/ Undertaker rematch now? Because a month or two ago, people seemed to be in denial almost that it wasn't gonna happen, and there were so many users on here that were desperate even to see anything else... Sheamus vs. Undertaker, Jericho vs. Undertaker, Michaels vs. Triple H, Michaels vs. Undertaker vs. Triple H, Edge vs. Undertaker (the WrestleMania 24 rematch) etc etc. Well, it happened. Now, the 'match that can not be topped' will be happening once again this year at WrestleMania. And would you believe, people are indeed excited, so excited that they want it main-eventing the show. There is so much more at stake this year, there is even more of a build up this year, and it is so much more unpredictable. So, the question here is, are all the skeptics... well, a little less skeptical about this match going down now? And before half the forum does, don't all go claiming you were dying to see it anyway, because that simply wasn't the case for many a short while back.

I've wanted to see the rematch since HBK got pinned at last years Wrestlemania. I saw in his eyes that he wanted the rematch when he accepted the award for MOTY at the Slammy Awards, and now we're a little over a week and a half away. I am psyched.

And you're certain the streak is coming to an end?

And you're certain the streak is coming to an end? Not by a long shot, no. As a wrestling fan and someone who understands the business pretty well--I think Taker is going to win the match. As a lifelong HBK mark that loves his work, I am pulling hard for HBK, and I cannot imagine what would happen if he lost. I am torn right down the middle. My childhood passion and my logical adult reasoning are clashing.

Well, I am not happy for one. 1. Are people so sure it is going to be as good as the first one? They are both very banged up and are closer to the end of their careers than the beginning. I mean, it is going to be no dq, no countout or whatever, no? Has to be a reason for that. 2. The stipulation is a lose lose. One loses his career or one loses a streak. I for one don't want EITHER to happen.

All good things must come to an end, and either way, it will be a historic moment.

I was not happy at first because I thought HBK had a chance to maybe win this year but now with the whole "I'll retire if I lose" I think it is pretty much a done deal he will get screwed by HHH..
So I am happy now.

There is no reason not to be happy about this match. You have two of WWE's greatest wrestlers of all time competing on the biggest stage. If you can't enjoy that for what it's worth, than something is seriously wrong.

I for one don't want EITHER to happen. See. That's what makes it so dramatic. WWE doesn't have enough matches like this. There are HARDCORE fans on both sides, AND there are people who are right in the middle that want both men to win and both men to lose. This match means a lot. The build has been fantastic, and only continues to get better. The promos have been amazing. The drama week after week has been unmatched in recent memory. The match really has a Wrestlemania feel. It's important. It isn't about a title or a mask or a briefcase or a whether or not someone does pain killers. It's about two guys who've busted their ass for the business for 25+ years, and who are still damn good at it. Neither man wants to back down. The pride on both sides in this match isn't exceeded or even matched by anything else on the card. I would pay the WM price to watch this match alone.

I was one of the ones pulling hard for Jericho vs. Undertaker at WM late last year, but that was before they teased us with a rematch of HBK vs. Taker. I still would of loved to see Jericho vs. Taker at WM, but I'm happy with both the matches they are in.

I didn't want it to happen, but the added stips and what is at stake, already made it better than WM25.

I have wanted it to happen since they started teasing it and I am super psyched to be there live to see it.

Anyone who says they know the result is an idiot.
Their WrestleMania 25 bout was unpredictable as hell, with rumours flying around of both men retiring. Also, with Michaels ending the WWE career of Ric Flair the year before, it added that much more tension.
The rematch is something I have wanted since the Slammy Awards when Michaels said "I can beat you Undertaker!". And I suspect that this year will be just as unpredictable, just the way I like it.
No doubt, much like last year, I'll be on the edge of my seat, screaming at the TV, shouting for The Undertaker to kick out.

I still would of loved to see Jericho vs. Taker at WM, but I'm happy with both the matches they are in. Same here. I wanted Jericho v Taker really badly. I'm also one of the ones who didn't feel as though the WM25 match could be topped. But WWE has indeed changed my entire perception of the rematch. It's a different match we're talking about here. There's way more at stake, and with as much build as they had during the last one, this one has done it better. So yes I was a skeptic at first, but the WWE has given me every reason to 200% more interested in this match. And yes, I am happy.

I'm just psyched to see how the match goes. But with the no disqualifications and no count outs thing, you know either one of them are gonna get screwed halfway into the match, whether Michaels loses his career over it, or Undertaker's streak ends.

I never wanted it to happen again.
Ill enjoy it to the fullest when it does happen, but if it were up to me, their epic match from last year was good enough for another 5 or so years.
The ending will just be to bad for me. I as a fan, lose no matter who wins, and I really dont want that.

I didn't like the idea originally, but with the added stipulations and terms concerning the winner/loser and how well WWE have handled it, I can't wait.
