Hasbrocustomsdude...
Remember he had this unique Hasbro Bret Hart?
Let's quote the guy a bit...
Well, the lucky winner was familyguy84 and upon receiving it he could see for himself that it was a custom. Despite hasbrocustomsdude's assurance that he's "had this since moc".
Now, it could've been that familyguy84 was just giving negative feedback on an unique figure that he bought for what seems to be a bargain, but now hasbrocustomsdude made the mistake to sell ANOTHER Bret Hart 2 with black elbowpads.
Well, your mistake is to sell a rather unique figure TWICE, your name also ain't helping. Your Bret is a custom, no need for silly stories!

Yes this is correct information.
In defence of the seller however this is looking likely to be resolved through paypal for a full refund on the returned item.

i don't understand - seller says he's had it from MOC...but is refunding the amount as it has been proven to be a custom?
Hasbrocustomdude - I'm not having a dig or a pop at you but does this mean that you knew it was a custom? or that you haven't had it since MOC and were unaware it was a custom?

Iv had it since moc mate, so really doubt it's a custom, I did buy a few figures second hand back in the day but I'm sure this wasn't one of them. Surprised at all the uproar as I just thought this was a normal release and thought I'd only get between £20 and £30 for it, same reason I'm sellig my mr perfect #2 cos iv noticed that they've shot up in price too.
Again, regarding this being proved to be a custom, it hasn't, familyguy84. Has bought it and thinks it's a custom so at first wanted a partial refund but instead I have asked him to the return the item and I'll refund him fully.

Ok - but i suggest if you're relisting it you put it as a custom or possible custom in the listing just to be clear to potential buyers

Having collected Hasbros since they came out and also was in to customising them myself back in the day I can tell you that this is 100% a custom.
Signs were -
- Black enamel Paint (not matching hasbro line) - Non-professional finish with uneveven edges (can tell it had been applied with a brush rather than sprayed) - and probably the biggest giveaway, the pink paint from the armbands is showing underneath the black paint.
I suspected this when I bid but had trusted him when he said he had opened this since it was moc. Photos can be very deceptive too as they make the paint job look a lot more professional than it appears in person.

So, in short: - Hasbrocustomsdude has only one "unique" Bret - He sells it to you, you verify it as fraud, you send it back for full refund (I never would've send it back; because...) - Hasbrocustomsdude puts the fig on eBay AGAIN, before receiving it - Bottomline: this custom stays in circulation. Hasbrocustomsdude has no time for me; fine by me, another fraud is uncovered! For the record, dude, your Andre and Perfect ARE original.

Man, I thought that the custom Kamalas w/moon figures were bad. Now we've got stripped Dustys and custom Brets. As for the Brets, as far as I know, meatybat and I have the only two unreleased loose Bret mailaway protos. Mine will only be sold with the carded proto w/white wrist tape.
