I think i would call this a mistake, ive never seen it before. I have to apologise now but it looks like a cleft pallate.

first time to see this, I'm not sure if it's considered an error I think i would call this a mistake I am really confused by how "error" figures are perceived on these boards. For some reason, it seems that quite a lot of Hasbro collectors confuse errors for variants. If an action figure had something go wrong in the manufacturing process, whether the paint got messed up, it ended up on the wrong card, it's upside down, broken, missing parts, or anything like that, it's an error. If anything at all is wrong with a figure, or even different than how it was intended to be produced - and it was made that way - it's an error. Yes, that Hacksaw figure is an error, which is synonymous with a mistake.
