Just like the title says. Since their $15 a pop, why do you buy them. Me personally, I buy them for the awesome accessories and the fact that I buy one of each basic and elite. Vote and explain why

the articulation is good, but i really don't care much for the accessories. i like having them, but i keep them in the packages and display the Elites loose. the biggest selling point for me is the attention to detail.

All of the above. I like Elite in all aspects, but they can still be improved with better back-leg articulation and the stiff pads!

I prefer the Basic figures more and focus more on them, but I have no problem buying Elite's I really like since I ejoy the articulation and accessories.

All of the above really. Elite CM Punk and Elite Randy Orton are two great examples of why I collect Elites mainly.

I buy certain ones that will look better with their accessories in my collection than their basic counterparts, like the Undertaker.

To freaking WRESTLE with them of course!!! I don't get putting them on your shelves to gather dust.
Basic's suck. They are just like RA's but with skinnier body types. The Elites are better than Final Count for all the cool articulation so one can WRESTLE with them. Proper Pedigree? SURE! Elite HHH can do it. Basic can put the opponent's head at his feet. Not sure what he does next.
Elites rock! I never buy Basic. And I only buy ONE figure of ONE wrestler. That's why when I die my wife can sell a WRESTLING collection. Not 135 CM Punk figures all lumped in one lot like he went to a cloning facility of somekind.

Mostly for head swaps. But I do like some of the entrance gear accessories.
+1 cause I love 3 Days Grace.

I value the accessories more than the articulation (which makes the Elite Jericho disappointing).

the accessories and tattoo details.
If Basic Orton and Punk had colored tattoos, I may not have bought their Elites. I don't play with my figures so I do prefer Basics as some Elite bodies look funny with the stomach articulation.

I concentrate on the Basics and try to limit myself to 1 Elite from each series because of their cost. I buy the elite though for the detail. I have Punk 1, Orton, 2 and am still looking for the HBK 3. Even though the Miz is outdated I'm having a hard time saying no to that figure it is simply amazing. For elite 4 I like the Kane, but too similar to the basic. I will probably get the Morrison when the time comes.

I like the detail on the Elites and the accessories - but I'm not so keen on all the POA. I'd prefer if they had basic bodies. To freaking WRESTLE with them of course!!! The Elites are better than Final Count for all the cool articulation so one can WRESTLE with them. Proper Pedigree? SURE! Elite HHH can do it. Basic can put the opponent's head at his feet. Not 135 CM Punk figures all lumped in one lot like he went to a cloning facility of somekind. I don't get why a grown man (especially one in his late 30's ), would play with plastic figures - but each to their own.

I buy Elites for who they are. Like, I loved the Batista & Miz Elites, but didn't buy them 'cause they're not guys I am a fan of. So far, i've purchased Hardy (Matt, that is), DiBiase & Rhodes. Don't get me wrong, other than series 1, I've loved all the Elites...but the price point makes me limit my purchases for sure.

I do not like elites that much, (don't like the ankle problem) but I buy them anyways just because of the accessories. Hope that Mattel will start selling wrestling accessories separately, that would be cool.
