With all of this LJN talk, I remember how odd it was to find King Kong Bundy and Roddy Piper in 1988 and 89. When KB was dying, it was commonplace to see the old WCW rubber figures in the bins, but that is nothing compared to a single solitary bendable Rick Steiner from 1989 that I found when the Toyworks in Olean closed a few years before the chain died. I remember my cousin told me one time that he saw a ravaged LJN Randy Savage in a Toys R Us in Canada as late as 1998 (he may have been full of crap). With that said, I am wondering what other shockingly old figures you have seen in stores.

At a TRU in 2007, I saw a BCA Dr. Death Steve Williams in Ocala, FL. Scott Steiner, Fatu, and Samu Hasbros were common at my KB Toys in Allentown into 2000. Those are my oldest figure sightings.

BCA Jacqueline & Dr. Death lingered until 2002 or 2003. My mom bought me LJN Terry Funk from K-Mart Christmas 1994. There's still Jakks ECW series Joey Styles and One Night Stand Paul Heyman's at my Walmart, as of like 2 weeks ago. My brother found me Headshrinker Fatu on a field trip in Ohio in fall 1996, which was VERY welcomed because I had Samu (x2, so I could have 2 Headshrinkers). Those are the oldest I can remember off the top of my head.

In 92, I got original 5 back Hulk, Andre and Sheik @ an old pool store that carred toys. I started my MOC collection @ this time. Then in 1994, i went back to this same store and they had 90 Hillbilly Jims and nobody else. How weird is that?? Also in 94 i picked up bunch of guys @ an old little toy store in Newark--Jesse, Bruno, the Bees, SD, Muraco, Steele, Kirchner, Funk, Fuji, Heenan and the big Roddy.
