I ordered a Mattel Elite Batista from them and when I received it I noticed it had a large knife wound right down the center of the package. More than likely it got sliced when they were opening a case of figures. I e-mailed RSC about this and they said I could keep the one I have and they are sending me a free replacement. Very cool of them to do!

Yeah, that happend to me when I ordered a PPV2 Miz figure and they accidentally sent me the Elite3 Miz. Very good on their part.

RSC is honestly the greatest people I have ever had to deal with. In about about a year and a half of being on this board and ordering from RSC, I have never had a bad experience nor have I heard of a bad experience. Kudos to you RSC!

That's good to know that RSC really cares about their customers Yeah they do anytime I have a issue they handle it and they sent me my free TNA figure and yeah. They are great. Sometimes they may be a few dollars more but the customer service is well worth it. |

i love buying from rsc they're great for that. i got the wrong order aside from 1 figure and i got to keep them and get the right order free of charge, sent express.

RSC isn't bad at all. Back when the DA series 1 came out. I had ordered them. The person before me had ordered the last set. So since the page didn't say it was back ordered when I order. They gave me a Free RSC Exclusive Tazz and RSF Yokozuna. Ship those out right away then my other figures when they got in stock. I agree while sometimes their price can seem a little high it's worth it due to the great service.

I haven't ordered form RSC in awhile. Sounds like they really care about their customers. I'm looking to buy some new Mattel figures, and it sounds best to get them from RSC.!

I'll take that extra Batista off your hands if you don't want it  I've always had a great experience buying from them, before it became evident that many of the Tazz's were ruined by ink stains I was able to get them to exchange mine for one that didn't have any stains |
