It is sad and hopefully it is seen as a reminder of what drugs can do to you. Sadly sometimes people just dont learn.
RIP

RIP man.... Loved Trent in CZW. The Backseat Boyz were amazing. Sad news..... Hope this year doesn't turn out like 07' when we lost a hand full of amazing talent.

I understand ur point . I think for the most part it is disrespectful on some of these peoples parts . They look down on ppl that are drug users and some ppl simply cant handle everyday life. I dont use drugs but I dont judge those who do . I just think when its all said and done the " I'm not surprised" comment can be left out . Those that knew him well enough to know of his problems aren't shocked and it can go without being said as a sign of respect IMO. We're a wrestling board not a self help forum . I loved Mike Verdi and appreciated Trent Acid not matter his personal demons. If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Trent you would have remembered the day . I haven't talked to him in years since things have taken a turn for the worse and I'm sorry for that. Life is certainly too short. Can we please just turn this to a positive thread on a life lost too early, not matter how it ended ? People are going to have opinions. Personally, I'm against censoring peoples opinions, even if I disagree with them. His life definitely ended too short, and it's a shame. I'm just so ing tired of seeing these wrestlers' lives ended early because of drugs and alcohol. In any performance industry, there are always going to be cases of the occasional overdose; but it feels like pro wrestling just has this notorious, never-ending sh*tstorm of guys dying WAY too early. I feel like promoters need to stop booking these guys who have such severe substance abuse problems and tell them that they need to get clean -- it's really as simple as that. It might sound harsh and it might sound like some "straight edge" bullsh*t, but it's really, truly, a matter of life and death. I'm not going to sit and act like a pro wrestler dying of a drug overdose is some surprise to me. Especially one who has a long history with drugs. It's sad to no end, but we can't just keep sweeping this stuff under the rug and acting like it didn't happen just because we want to "preserve the legacy" of a wrestler. I'll always remember him as an excellent in-ring performer, regardless of how his life ended... But like I said before, I truly hope that his death is a wakeup call for SOMEONE -- anyone.

Didn't see that much of Trent's work other than his work with Kashmere as the Backseat Boyz.
RIP Trent

Jc Bailey I just got word of Trent's passing & words can't really describe what's going on in my mind. When & where is the viewing & burial? You know alotta ppl say me & Trent were very much alike in & even more outside of the ring. That's a compliment in one way & scares the hell outta in another way. I'm kinda @ lost for words right now. BSBs FOREVER!!! Yesterday at 10:52pm via Mobile Web sounds like someone got a reality check..

I'm not completely sure if this is the proper time to make a Miz reference, so I won't. It sucks to see all of these guys dying so young. I can't say I've ever really seen him work, but I've heard a lot about him. Regardless, it's definitely a shame to lose someone at such a young age. R.I.P.

always sad to hear another one passing, offcourse, hearing about his "demons" , as with a lot of wrestlers, well sooner or later you will pay a price for it...i was not too familiar with his work but the matches i did see, mainly czw stuff, i liked, he definatly had talent.
i just hope 2010 might get a short list of deaths for once, every passing year seems like a laundry list of names when you look back, cursed business.
