I'd think working out upstairs wouldn't be the best idea. If you were to clean (the lift, not the activity) the bar would go right through the floor! It doesn't look like you do much of that intense stuff though, so I guess it's a pretty decent setup. Enjoy it, brah.

All I have is some old ass weights, a dumbbell set, a bench, and a old Weider weight machine that offers stack weight workouts. I can do leg extension, chest fly, and various pulldown exercises. I might go lift because of you inspired me Nice bench though. I always wanted a really nice bench but now I really don't need one.

Pretty sweet other than those nasty ass rusted weights. They're a f'n bummer dude. Paint 'em and it'll be a respectable setup...

Do two pieces of equipment and a weight rack constitute a "gym"? For a personal home gym, yes. It would be nice to include a treadmill or stationary bike, but those are expensive and unnecessary if he actually runs or rides a bike.

I payed 50 bucks for my treadmill, for a brand new version it is 300. I think thats cheap and expensive. Hey buff billy, you got a nice gym. But wheres your body? (rustedhitman)

It doesn't matter if the weights are black, blue, green, or rusted. You can still lift them. Besides the fact that he doesn't need to impress anyone with his home gym.
