Ups to you for working out. I'm an out of shape fast food-eater who has never had enough discipline to really work out. Best I can do is walk around my neighborhood a couple times a day.

Simpsons reference for those that didn't know. Hey, at least I didn't make a Benoit reference. *proud that I knew both of those references and laughed at both* Anywho; nice home gym. Personally, I only have an elliptical machine, but that's because my girlfriend and I pretty much only do cardio work.

I would definitely take the carpet out and put foam mats. I wish I had my gym in the house. It's very convenient, especially when it rains. I would need a big room though. I have a huge detached garage and my weights take up 3/4 of the space. I'll upload pictures Tuesday if you don't mind me thread jacking you. LOL

Do two pieces of equipment and a weight rack constitute a "gym"?

You have good weight sets, but you should get at least one cardio machine in there.

Nice set up! My gym is way too cramped and hard to move around in.

where's the shake weight? It's the essential piece of work out equipment. Or do you just masturbate?

I prefer the 'air-resistance' machines. Like Ergos 'nd shiz. They make for a much better workout imo...
