I'm sorry if this has been asked but I am a complete novice at customizing other than painting. Can someone give me sort of an idiots guide to swapping out arms? I want to switch my Elite Punks arms with my RR Punks arms but I want to do the shoulders as well. I know there is some kind of shoulder pin? that I need to heat up but I am not entirely sure how to go about the process. Again, I am super green when it comes to pulling parts off figures so I need help so that I don't ruin any of my figures. Any and all help is vastly appreciated.

two ways to go about that..
either crack the torso , which is the harder route.. or
insert an exacto knife on the flat part of the shoulder near the peg. slice the peg.. heat up the figure , pull out the shoulder join.. repeat .. done... but i dont see why you need to do the whould shoulder for this... there isnt any tattoos on them , just swap the arms , its alot easier...

I still don't understand what I was supposed to do with slicing the peg but I ended up cracking the torso when I was trying to get the shoulder out and it worked really well. Dumb luck but thank you for the help +1. Here is a picture of the finished project.
