Order of the Phoenix was mediocre. Half Blood Prince and Azkaban were great, Goblet was really good, and the first two were pretty good.

I don't think any have been bad, but the first two were the weakest. Azkaban and Goblet were good, and the last two have been excellent. Yates is the best thing to happen to the series.

Half Blood Prince omitted A LOT from the book, and stuff got lost in the shuffle.
The reasoning for Snape even BEING the Half Blood Prince wasn't even mentioned in the movie, he just kind of announces that he is.

I love polls. I don't think I've seen Half-Blood Prince or Order of the Phoenix, and maybe Goblet of Fire once, but don't remember it, so I'm going to go with Chamber of Secrets I guess.

Suffice it to say, I'm a Harry Potter nerd. You've opened the floodgates for my ramblings.
I was debating between either the 3rd or 4th, but I ultimately voted for The Goblet of Fire. There's something about the 3rd one that's made it so I've never been crazy about it. (I really hate the following scenes: Aunt Marge, Night Bus, the boys passing around that animal candy as if it were drugs, the way Sirius is presented when he first appears in the Shrieking Shack - However, I friggin' love the time turner sequence at the end of the movie.) However, every time I watch the 4th one I always think about how disjointed it feels for the first part of the movie, and afterwards I always think, Man, that's not at all how the book made me feel.
That being said, the first two are very "Hollywood" and "commercial" compared to the rest, but I still LOVE The Chamber of Secrets. It's probably my favorite. That movie's way better than it should be, especially considering it's typically most people's least favorite book. I watched it a couple months ago and felt that the first 30-40 minutes are a bit of a chore to sit through (And really, most of it could get cut. But back then they just stuck as much into the movies as they could.) It picks up so much from there and once you get to the halfway point or so, the movie is insane, IMO. I get so into it every time I watch it.
The first one I watched last year and pretty much decided I didn't need to ever see it again. It's just so different from what the movies have come to be that I was just annoyed with it. On second thought, for that reason I really should have voted this as my least favorite. My bad.
I love the fifth one, Order of the Phoenix, and it's probably still my second favorite movie. I always "mark out" when Voldemort tells Harry, "You will lose...everything." Thing here is, OOTP is the only book of the series I haven't read in full. So whereas many people complain about all the stuff that didn't make the cut here, I only know the gist of what happened, and the movie presents that almost perfectly for me. (Sirius' death should have been a bigger moment, IMO.)
I honestly still don't know where I stand on Half Blood Prince. I enjoy the story, no doubt, but in both the movie and the book, the story here is really all just build-up to The Deathly Hallows and it's always felt more like a prologue than it's own tale. I guess I'm kind of waiting for both Deathly Hallows movies to come out and I'll see how it works as a trilogy. I must say, though, that unlike some I really enjoyed the "extra" stuff they put into this one, that wasn't in the book at all: the attack on and burning of the Burrow (NO idea how they'll deal with that in the next one) was exciting to watch in the theaters, Harry hitting on the waitress perfectly sets up the romantic subplot, and though I love the opening scene in the book where the Minister of Magic discusses the problems of the wizarding world with the Prime Minister and how it could start to affect Muggles, I prefer the movie's choice of actually showing an attack on the Muggle world. Some didn't like all the teen romance in this one, and I can respect that it did take more focus than it needed to, I think the Ron/Hermione stuff was touching. It was nice to see Hermione in that position after being such a strong, in control character in all the other films. And the stuff with Draco was well done as well.

Order of the Phoenix, the longest book, yet shortest movie (to the best of my knowledge). Goblet of Fire and forward, the movies were seriously cut down from the books.

My favorites (in no order) are:
Chamber of Secrets Order of the Pheonix Half Blood Prince
But I love all of them so I would call the other three the worst, but my least favorites.
I just love how dark the series has gotten though. But the preview of Deathly hallows looks like theyre trying to cash in on Twilight fame with the mushy love crap. Hopefully im dead wrong.

OOTP, because it was my least favorite book and that translated onto the screen, although I love the bit where Voldemort calls Harry a fool at the end.

Order of the Phoenix was probably my favorite book, but the film translation was the worst of all of them so far.
