WWE producer Steve Lombardi played the role of Doink The Clown on Monday's edition of Raw. Lombardi is best known as the Brooklyn Brawler for his days in WWE.

It was pretty obvious. He's played Doink the Clown in the past.

It was blatantly obvious to me that The Brawler played Doink. When Eugene took on Umaga and had "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan, Kamala and Doink in his corner, it was The Brawler that played Doink then, so when I saw him on Raw on Monday, I knew right away it was him.

my cousin and i always used to tease my uncle because he always used to bring up how he used to work with lombardi before he got into wrestling full time. then we found out that he often played doink. so we would always be like "u used to work with a clown"

I was hoping I would open this thread and it would read "Eugene". Me too. Originally I would've automatically said Brawler, but they were in Kentucky.

I saw Matt Borne (at least I think it was him) wrestle as Doink last week, lol. Probobly was, what indy show and where? World Pro Wrestling at the San Diego County Fair. Honky Tonk Man was there too, hes still really charasmatic and can still wrestle fairly well. Doink....not so much.

crap it anyone read the Raw Results on WWE.com they gave it away who played Doink The Clown. despite the clever recruitment of Doink the Clown, a staple of the ’90s, who competed alongside such unlikely ring warriors as Brooklyn Brawler, Abe “Knuckleball” Schwartz and Kim Chee. I mean anyone that has watched over the years knows that Steve Lombardi has played all these people.
