I was looking at videos on youtube about horror games and found this very interesting, I still play my PS1 but the cheapest copy of this game I could find good was 35$ Anyone know where I can get a good but cheap copy? Help would be appreciated and thanks  |

Do you have any other Sony products? PS3 or a PSP? Because you can get it on their marketplace for 6 bucks. It's a good creepy game well worth playing.
They also did a sort of re-imagining of the first game for the Wii and PS2, but it plays DRASTICALLY different.

Yeah I have PS3 and PSP but I wanted the origianal yeah know? I just thought it looked pretty cool especially for a PS1 game.

Actually, Silent Hill 1 is the only game I did play through out. It's the best for me among their other titles and this one scares the hell out of me.

As a person who loved horror games, especially the Resident Evil's on PS1, I hated Silent Hill and still don't really care for it much, especially on PS1.
The fog isn't scary so much as it is annoying. It really turned me off to really diving into Silent Hill. However, Silent Hill 2, 3, The Room I've beat, they all weren't that scary at all. I would recommend those PS2 games, Fatal Frame. They'll give you a more haunting experience than Silent Hill, if that's what you're looking for.

I played it after I played Silent Hill 2, so it wasn't as scary, but I still liked it. I'd definitely suggest it.

I bought it from psn for psp, the day it got released, it was took down the next day  then i deleted it from my memory stick because i needed space then i forgot my log in details for psn and lost all my games i bought  |

I did a video review of it on my website earlier this year.
One of the gems on PS1 for sure. I captured all this footage from the downloadable version on the PSN. For only $6, it's most certainly worth it.
