I don´t know if this have a sense but i think we could do a petition and send it to mattel, like mattel do with the MOTUC collectors. Every month a new figure in the old school Hasbro style and we could chose the figures we want in a poll.

I think the possibilities would be too much for my little mind to take.

It would be hard to convince Mattel that a "hasbro-like" serious would be profitable for them. Jakks had the oppurtunity I am sure, but never did anything close. Plus they would have to use different material for these figures and completely different molds. There is too much of a gap in my opinion from the time the Hasbro line ended, to now. Who would be reasonable to add? Would they go with a current line and make Cena, Jericho, Orton, Sheamus, etc. Or go with a legends line making Austin, Rock, HHH, etc. Even so it would take a long time and many sets for a line like this to "catch up" for the collectors who would want one. I wish Jakks would have done it long ago.

The problem is, the kids and collectors of today have had 10 years of full articulation, scale, real head scans etc etc. Our hasbro community is not as big as the collectors of the present im afraid, they would all need convincing that the hasbro style is 'better' to justify mattel creating them. On top of the, mattel will have invested a fortune on machines that create the molds of their figures, why would they decide to spend a fortune on machinery to create hasbro molds?
Your best bet is to contact a bootleg style company such as the company that created simba figures. Even then, its not really going to happen.
Sorry

I would add my name to it.
The tricky part is getting enough people to sign. They can only say no.

Its worth a try, mattel might be able to make Hasbro scale figures even if there not exactly authentic to the originals.

the idea i have is that mattel made a line in hasbro style like the Motuc club or Ecto club. The card is near the same like Hasbro´s was all WWE Club members can chose the colour of the card every new year. The WWE Club Members could chose 12 figures + 1 bonus figure every new year from all signed Superstars and Legends in a poll.

It would be great as long as they only make figures of wrestlers from back then. Jakks screwed up their LJN line by making current guys when they had many wrestlers that would have fit in with the LJN era signed to Legends contracts.

You do realise that Mattel are not going to be able to replicate anything made by Hasbro - Hasbro are a direct rival to them.
I know the idea would be great but I fail to see ANY way in which Mattel would try and market blatant rip off's of a Hasbro product. It's not like they wouldn't realise!
