Maybe they can make Fake Diesel and Fake Razor as the chase figures, with Nash and Hall being the regulars. IDK, I just F'n want Razor and Diesel made, I don't care how soon. I just want them made.

Both will be made its just a matter of time. Nash is always about dollars and cents and he still remains on good terms with Vince regardless of his TNA status. Hall would sign his life away for a six pack so we probably see him sooner rather than later. Both are at the top of my want list. A Curtain Call Kliq pack would be an absolute dream set for me.

Who knows, but I'd love to have a Diesel/Nash that is actually in scale.

For the record, Jakks Razor Ramon, Diesel, and Sean Waltman figures were all released either before they were in TNA or when they were no longer in TNA. As long as Nash is still in TNA, we won't be getting a Diesel figure. Hall and Waltman aren't in TNA any longer, so they are possibilities, but not Nash

I think it would be kool to see both Hall and Nash in their respective gimmicks. Plus as well as the NWO as Vince owns that anyway.

Nash needs the money so i'm sure we will get one of him at least. I am not really interested in seeing them that soon b/c there is so many JAKKS CS didn't make Mattel is making first.

Nash WAS in TNA when we got the Outsiders 2 packs, and I'm pretty sure we got the other Nash CS figures while he was also in TNA.

Kevin Nash was on the outs with TNA from late 2005 through mid 2006, it was during this period that Jakks was able to sign him to produce a Classic Superstars figure. My guess is that the Outsiders 2-Pack was as a result of this previous contract. WWE would not allow Jakks to produce action figures of wrestlers in TNA, which is why we never got Sting or Jeff Jarrett figures.

Okay, lets review some things.
While the WWE can own characters, they can never own a person's likeness. So, sure they can make a Diesel and Razor Ramon 2-pack so long as the figures do not look like Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. Likeness rights must be negotiated with individual wrestlers. For active wrestlers, those rights are covered by their active contract, at least with the case of WWE.
This may not be the case at TNA. At least not with everyone. Nash was a clear example, but not quite the only one. If Nash's deal with TNA allows him to independently license his likeness, he can. He would have the clout and the forethought to have negotiated such a provision. But we don't know that for certain.
The bigger issue, though, is the Jakks relationship with WWE. There is good reason to think Stamford would frown upon such an arrangement with an active wrestler in TNA. Reportedly, Mick Foley and Tazz were yanked from a recent video game after they signed with TNA. There is good reason to think they would not approve of making a Kevin Nash figure.
Which is all to say, can it happen? Maybe. But I wouldn't hold your breath.

I'm sure Nash doesn't have the same deal with TNA that he did when the classic superstars figures were made, since he's received a new contract since then. and TNA has been tightening up marketing issues. Not to mention that WWE wouldn't let them make a figure of a TNA guy anymore.
Hall, however is not under contract and conceivably could get a Mattel figure, unless he is still signed with Jakks and that deal is exclusive.
But who knows, I guess we'll wait and see.
