Actually they do care, but things are the way they are right now for reasons I can not say. I don't know all of them, but I do promotional videos for Jakks and am an intern at TNA so I know a little bit of what's going on, but I don't believe it's my right to say. And no I'm not going to tell you if you PM me. I'm sick and tired of seeing people on here complaining and complaining over the same things...just be appreciative that we are getting decent TNA figures. And the reason not all the parts and scale are accurate is because they can't afford new molds right now. I'm tired of having to repeat myself because you guys complain so much you ignore the facts. Just be patient, yes it's taking a while and I understand, but everything will be just fine. Just be patient. Sheesh. "for reasons I cannot say" ... then you turn around and say "you guys complain so much you ignore the facts." So what are the facts? There are no facts except what we see on the shelf at the store, and those products look like crap for the most part. If you know something, you can inform the collector community easily. If you are too afraid of losing your free figure hookups at Jakks, then let the issue rest. As someone who actually pays for his collection, it's a simple choice: see a crappy product on the shelf, don't buy it. If Jakks is running out of money, that's their problem, not mine. As customers, they owe us a worthwhile product. We do not owe them gratitude for ripping us off.

with the popularity that UFC has now, i think they should run with it and focus on getting their UFC figures right. as far as TNA/Legends line goes, i think they should only do 1 singles and 1 doubles TNA line along with 1 legends set every 4-6 months

First, let me say that I have AJ and Sting from DI Series 1 and The Motor City Machine Guns 2-pack pre-ordered and hopefully on its way very soon. I am a big TNA fan through all the faults and I have been for years. I am to the point that I will take what I can get in the way of figures for the TNA roster, and am happy that Jakks took them on when WWE switched to Mattel. With all of that being said, I am growing more-and-more concerned for the future of the Jakks TNA line. They don't seem to be making a great deal of effort in pleasing their customer and the total disregard for all things accurate is irritating. I think once the appeal to have a Jakks Sting or updated MMG figures wears off that Jakks is going to have a really hard time holding onto repeat customers with what they are doing right now. I am wondering if anyone else has the same type of feeling? Mattel is making amazing figures, delivering on time or early, and really listening to what fans want. I know that Jakks is a much smaller company, but it really feels like to me that they don't care. If a company doesn't care then the consumers are going to eventually stop caring as well. I think we saw a lot of this in the last few lines of CS. I hope it changes, I hope TNA makes Jakks a nice chunk of money and they start really investing in the company. I just find it curious that Mattel is doing everything they can to give fans what they want and Jakks has actually stopped listening all together. I love Mattel but if it comes down to me being the only person giving Jakks money just so I can have the best wrestlers in my collection then so be it! I don't even wanna think of TNA without figures, that will just tear me up inside because I refuse to go to the dark side (current day WWE) I am just fine with Mattel Legends and TNA guys

I'm tired...and don't have enough energy to fully respond to this thread yet.
I just wanna throw this out there. So far with the TNA line...Jakks really hasn't cut too many corners.
Almost everyone has had the same amount of detail as the protos. Maybe Foley in the 2 pack not having a cloth vest...but does that REALLY matter? No. Yes some of the parts have been wrong...but that's nothing new.
Jakks is putting out fully detailed TNA figures. All anyone is complaining about are boots & heights. Which Jakks is NOT going to fix. What's the use in bitching???
the Legends line is a whole 'nother story...but I'm going to bed. I'll elaborate tomorrow.

I dont see why people complain about boots or scaling. Jakks has been doing it wrong for over 10 years and they're not gonna stop now so just stop bitching and complaining. The only group of people IMO that have a right to complain is the LOTR collectors because we've been constantly jerked around for nearly a year about whats going on. On top of that they dont give us any sort of news, updates or anything. Even a simple "Here's who we have signed" list would be absolutely amazing.

I've said it once already, if you don't like Jakks, you don't need to come onto the board and force your opinion down everyone elses throat.
Really, we get it. You like Mattel better than Jakks. Keep it off my board.
