A Bitter Day in Heaven
Arc I
I looked at Jason with concern, and curiosity. It had been the first time I had ever seen such fire in him. He was a man possessed, but I was able to contain him momentarily. His heart was beating against my arms, as I attempted to control the limitless passion. I will say that at one time I loved this man, but now I only felt pity for him. Jason start to spout profanities into the air at no man or woman in particular. This peculiar behavior all due to the recent WFWF broadcast. I’m still unsure as to what caused the out burst within him, but he was quickly ejected from the bar.
At which pointed ended with a few more words of lustful anger, and a quiet heaving. Jason hunched over breathing heavy; his face turned to water. Each a bead of tear or sweat, but I could not define which one each one was. So there I stood, full of fear, and to shocked to console his sudden depression. I felt water now fill my eyes, as it fell down my face I knew I could stand by no longer. I rushed to him, and kissed his cheek. Each kiss I placed on him, he placed two more on me, and then he fell silent, and still.
“I’m sorr-sorry, Silas. I cou-coulnd’t keep my cool any more.” His face shot forward into mine and I knew not him. “F--- them, f---- them all, and if they think I care about,” Jason’s voiced trailed off into a whimper. Then, with the grace of a great ballet dancer, he whisked himself away. I chased him three blocks before letting go to what was happening. The Jason I saw that night was one I was in no hurry to see again.
“I created the heavens and the earth.”
