Trace Demon and Paul Heyman Announce New Promotion
All Action Wrestling to focus on new breakaway talent!

The rumours have been circling for weeks but we can now bring you exclusive information regarding the recent talks between the man behind ECW Paul Heyman and long term wrestling mainstay Trace Demon.

During a press conference held today at the old ECW arena in Philadelphia, the pair announced the opening of All Action Wrestling, a new wrestling promotion that will focus on new talent who have yet to be given their chance in the spotlight. Opening their doors on the first of November with their first, currently unnamed, event, AAW will bring a mix of entertaining storylines and the best in ring action available.

“We wanted to be something different, a lot of promotions currently either focus on sports entertainment or on pure uncensored wrestling,” said Trace Demon, a mainstay of the wrestling scene for 12 years. “We didn’t want to be limited by these kind of labels, we want to bring the best of both worlds to fans of professional wrestling. Just because you are a fan of wrestling doesn’t mean you don’t want some entertaining angles, and vice versa.”

The promotion will begin a nationwide talent search over the forthcoming month to find the best undiscovered talent to feature on their shows, and plans are also in place for the promotion to open up a training camp to feed young fresh talent into the independent circuit. Talks have been ongoing between the pair and a group of currently unrevealed investors for months and Paul Heyman says this was the only thing that hooked him into the idea of returning to the wrestling industry full time.

“I was in talks with TNA for a period but it became obvious to me that they had no interest in changing their ways any time soon,” says Paul, speaking of his recent negotiations between himself and Dixie Carter. “TNA would improve greatly if they gave their young stars the time to shine. Imagine giving the Motor City Machine Guns and Generation Me the time to wrestle a twenty minute classic in the main event. That’s the kind of action we want to bring to people, and I am confident that Trace Demon is the right man to do that with.”

The AAW website went online earlier today and the site has open try outs set in a number of states. All potential wrestlers must do to gain a spot in one of said try outs is fill out the following form and show up, where they will be watched by Paul Heyman and Trace Demon personally:
