Hi guys - Sorry if it's already been mentioned elsewhere - but what's the status concerning Jakks "Legends Of The Ring" line... will it be continuing after Series 2? I can't find details of a Series 3 or any new figures anywhere - although a LOTR Raven seems to be coming out in the regular Impact line(?) Also - will Jakks be making a new Ric Flair figure (either an older/current figure for the Impact line or a younger LOTR one)? I'd have thought he'd be an ideal figure for the LOTR line... do they still have the rights to make him? Cheers.

The LOTR series will be moved from a regular series to 1 figure per Deluxe Impact set. The LOTR figure WILL REMAIN in RI form. The first of these figures is Raven in Series 5 and Shane Douglas in series 6. After which, no lineups have been announced. As for Flair Im assuming Deluxe Impact would make a figure of him eventually. I doubt he's a high priority having so many figures though. He is likely for a LOTR figure as well because they are only using current roster members.

They'll be in the same LOTR packaging as the first 2 series hopefully!(?) Yeah... I would have thought they'd have done a LOTR/younger Flair at least (with a nice fancy cloth robe). Would they be allowed to do a Mick Foley "Cactus Jack" LOTR figure? I know WWE has the "Mankind" and "Dude Love" trademarks, but I'm not sure about Cactus...

I would assume they don't own the rights to Cactus JAck since he used that name prior to joining WCW, and he also used Cactus Jack Manson before shortening it to Cactus Jack.

I'm pretty sure from watching on of those WWE 24/7 "Legends Round table discussions" Foley said he own the rights to Cactus Jack. They were talking about "Intellectual properties" and how he owns Cactus Jack, but he couldn't use Mankind, the Union, and a few other "Union type" names. As for the LotR all me know is an RI Raven will be released in DI Series 5 and an RI Douglas is scheduled for DI Series 6.

i hope we dont get anymore flair figures, as much as i respect his contribution to wrestling, we've had like 10 million already. make room for some classic stars who haven't had many figures.

Use the Deluxe Classic head for a early version of Flair in RA form. 2. Put his Best of WCW head on a flabby torso body with yellow tights, and a gold robe.

id like to get a current flair in a suit or a new body mold to make a current flabby flair. the body used on his exclusive DA figure was pretty good. also im kinda disappointed to hear raven will be in RI style. I was planning on only collecting DI.
