Hey peeps,
Just now picked up Elite 3 Christian and it's an amazing figure..
The only thing I have an issue with is that the jumpsuit he came with has stained his arms..
Does anyone know a good way to remove this stuff from him?
Thanks!

File it off with a fine nailfile then rub it with your finger. Thats what I do...I can hear the screams of people who read this but thats what I do.
After you would never know there was anything there including no file mark's and I have great eyesight!

sometimes a little rubbing alcohol on a Q-Tip or something will work if you rub it for a few minutes....I dont know what to tell you if that doesn't work

Hmmm this gives me an idea since I just got a Volkoff with red stains on his arm. Has anyone ever tried a magic eraser for this problem?

Once the dye has bled into the plastic I doubt it's coming out.

None of mine have stains on due to this ^ A FINE sandpaper like file (or maybe sandpaper would work)

Once the dye has bled into the plastic I doubt it's coming out. You are correct on this one. I tried a magic eraser and it couldn't remove the color from the stain. However, it is great for removing surface paint scuffs and marks. My Nikolai had blue paint on each hip from those blue stripes on his trunks. Came right off! Works especialy good on old Hasbro WWF figs.

I don't think it's the fact nobody is listening. I just don't have sandpaper or a file a home to do this.

Fingernail polish remover will remove some of it (use a white wash cloth), but as PJ said, once its gets into the plastic-much of it will not come out.....the polish does remove some, because you will see residue on the white cloth......scrub very hard.
I use Fingernail Polish Remover and Goo-Gone.....it cleans up just about everything except dye which has blended into the "skin" of a figure.

I have the same problem. Tried methylated spirits and acetone - both didn't work. It seems like the dye has blended into the plastic. Ruined the figure for me. Now I want to get rid of it...

I should add that I have an Elite Christian and he doesn't have any stains on him from his clothing. My stained figures so far are Steamboat and Volkoff from the Legends line.
