OK!
I'm not a huge complainer when it comes to the job Mattel has done with their WWE lines.. Elites especially.. As a matter of fact.. I am super happy that Mattel took over and produces such amazing products..
WITH THAT BEING SAID!
I have bought 4 Elites.. 2 Jack Swaggers, 1 Goldust and 1 Batista..
ALL 4 claiming to be six foot six inches tall.. And ALL 4 have had leg joints that will not move.. I mean.. You couldn't throw a kick to save your life..
It's the ball joint that connects the two legs.. For the love of god will not move.. And when you try to force them.. Or work them out.. The plastic piece connecting the legs loosens up, twists around.. And becomes longer..
AKA: Breaks..
Has anyone had these kind of problems? And is there ANYWAY to fix it?!
C'mon Mattel! Step up quality control!!!!

What i do is heat up some water and dip the stiff joints into the water and leave them there for a minute or two after that i just move the joint around and its joint will probably be good enough to be able to move around freely.

My Legends Rock did this except the plastic piece didnt stretch longer, it snapped right off... My Matt Hardy is also having the same problem, so I am attempting to return it. However I cannot Return Rocky as it has been a while since I bought it. Put it on display and when I finaly decided to use it, it broke... GREAT! I am wondering if anyone from the Mattel Design team on this forum can help me out. I have a broken Rock figure that I paid £20 for... yes £20... We dont get them in UK stores, I have to pay scalpers prices. And I feel a little ripped off and has a left a bitter taste in my mouth when it comes to Mattel figures. I was very happy with them before, but now I am not to sure.

My Mania Swagger has a stiff right leg. A bit worried it might snap. Hoping that isn't the case as my kid brother got the Mysterio with the kids mask and its leg was stiff and got extremely loose rather quick and then snapped right off.

This! About half of my elites have had stiff legs, in fact over this last weekend I had to run hot water over Jake the Snake, Rick Rude and Terry Funk to loosen their legs. You just heat up some water in the microwave or on the tap. I prefer using hot water from the tap because I can move the legs back and forth under the water, I usually do this until my hands can't take the heat anymore or until the legs move with ease. I've been telling my friends to do it and they've been having some luck.

I have 8 Elites and they all have this problem, the annoying thing it Mattel advertise Elite figures having elite articulation.
I know it can be fixed, but i pay $30 for an Elite (twice as much as a basic) and i shouldn't have to fix their mistakes.

I test every single opened figure and Always get a mug of hot water and soak up to waist. Trust me its well worth it , since it also loosens up their kneepads. Dont just immediately try to high kick or spread eagle , fix em before it breaks.

I had that problem with the Piper, Orton & Sheik from the Legends 2-Packs. Just run the hips under hot water from the tap for about a minute and then work the joints. They be able to move with without the ball/stem moving with them.
