Whats up guys..
Soo tonight I had to break down and get a new phone, which was the iPhone 4..
I have to say I enjoy it.. The look is new outside of the original ones.. The case is pretty fancy.. It's everything you'd expect from an iPhone..
My question is this.. I bought the 16GB one but when I hook it up to my iTunes it only says I have 14GB capacity..
Is it suppose to be like that or am I missing something?
Thanks in advance!

anything is like that. you buy a 32gb ipod, you have like 29 of space. just how it is. get the "tango" app and you can facetime without wifi, just 3g, and you can facetime droids.
If it was a blank machine it would have 16gb but to run it you have to use some space.

Nothing major at all.. When I had the 8GB one tho it always said capacity was 8GB.. Which is why I was so curious.

Even your old 8GB. Maybe not a whole hell of a lot to where you'd notice, but there was some space taken for formatting and the like. I have a 32GB iPhone, and I have 29.33 GB with nothing on here whatsoever. It's just how things are.

The space you can't see is the FAT table, MFT, etc.....
