Elite 8/9 pickup and my collection updates

This week a few Elite 8's and 9's came in from RSC and Mattel. Received Elite 8 Sheamus, McIntyre, Regal, and Elite 9 Miz, RKO, and Zack Ryder. Swapped the belts on Miz/Sheamus, and keeping Ryder in the box for now...kinda pre-ordered him on impulse and the more I look at it the more I am not sure if I want to open him and add him to my collection..? Also got Bam Bam a few weeks back, picked up a Chavo to go with my Eddie when he comes in from RSC, and also took advantage of the cheap terry funk on wweshop to make a ric flair head swap. Also got rid of a few figures, just traded away Ultimate Warrior so I have to replace him, and sold my Goldberg fix-up. Also got rid of Kofi and Kane, going to replace those with the updated versions from Elite 9/10. So heres my updated pics of my collection...geez I just put up these wall mount shelves in my home office like a month ago for more displaying room, and its already filled up. Gotta look into some riser or some sorta display blocks.

Found all-stars 2-packs today during lunch at TRU. I dig the color schemes/outfits on Macho, Punk, and Orton so I will be keeping those along with Damien w/bag and Stone Colds Cap. Going to be selling Morrison, Jake, and Stone Cold along with my elite Punk(6) and Orton(2). Also my single shelf was getting too small to house my growing collection. So, I bought some new mounting shelves to display my figures. Thanks for checking out my pics.

Made a quick run during lunch to see if elite 7's hit my local walmarts, picked up DX, Hart Dynasty, and picked up basic 8 Kofi to do a possible head swap with the elite Kofi I just picked up the other day. Just compared the 2 headsculpts and the elite is a lot more detailed then the basic...but the basic has a more up to date longer hair style...its gonna either be better face sculpt or updated hair head for Kofi, what to do?

Picked up Signature Series 1 Cena/Edge today from walmart for fix-ups parts on elites, and also a updated shot of my elite/legends collection. Finally got a chance to open and display most of them on my one over crowded shelf Still haven't opened bushwackers, crime tyme, EG undertaker, kamala, orndorff, and hillbilly jim....gotta figure out how to fit them or find a new bigger place to display my collection.

Came home from work to find my package from RSC waiting for me. Gave in and paid 20bucks for elite 7 Cena and threw in Legends Orndorff cuz I dont like paying shipping for just 1 figure. Both figs look great will be opening them right after this post. Glad I finally can add a Cena to my collection held off on series 3 and best of 2010 til this version was released, didnt want to pay the $27 that RSC had it for, but they dropped it down to $20 for the mattel 1 year sale...that I can justify alil more

I got jealous of everyone elses K-Mart Legends 4 pick-ups, so I decided to check out the 4 K-Marts in my area, but they aren't really that close, all of them are 30 plus miles away. Just my luck none of them had the display/legends 4 except the last one, I knew I should have started at that store first...would have save me some gas/time , but regardless I was happy to find Legends 4 finally. Grabbed everyone except for Orndorff...I ended up getting him and Elite 7 John Cena through RSC from their 1 year mattel sale, now I wish I would have held off could have saved my money on shipping, and decided to pass on George Steele, was never a fan of him when I was little. These are some great looking figures, upon up close inspection Ax and Hillbilly Jim seem to have the better likeness, and Ultimate Warrior/Smash still look great...but also have a kinda just generic likeness compared to the other 2. Now I gotta wait until Orndorff arrives in the mail to complete the figures I want from Legends 4 collection.




*UPDATE 1/4/11* Just got my Legends Rock and Elite Mysterio in the mail from wwe shopzone 13 bucks each after "busted" code (20%off and free shipping) also my recent target pick ups for 10bucks Big Show and found the saturated Red version of John Morrison.

took advantage of the wwe shop online "busted" code of 20% and free shipping during cyber weekend sale.

These came in the mail yesterday: Bulldog, Vader, Taker for just under 12bucks each, Dibiase was 8bucks, and CM Punk for just under 15bucks...threw in the punk cuz I havent seen series 6 in stores yet and it was free shipping so I figured it would be what I would pay normally at a retailer store.

Also ended up picking up Bushwackers today at TRU for 15 and decided to pick up Mark Henry for 9.99 kinda played dumb at the register saying I thought these were supposed to be 9.99? and the lady ended up giving me the discount ;D...love his barbell/plates accessory!

Took advantage of TRU's $9.99 elite sale the other day, was happy to find Morrison/Ziggler/Taker and decided to throw in Rhodes...why not for 9.99 ;D

Also pics from my collection so far, been collecting for alil less than 6months now. Sticking mostly to Legends/Elite styles, hopefully will be adding more in the future
