Hi all, thought this may be helpful to the entire board ... just wanted to say that if you're going to K-Mart anytime soon to hopefully find a bunch of the new figures, be sure to check more areas than just the toy department.
I have gone to my local K-Mart a couple times in the last few days to see if they had the new Legends 4 ... always nothing new in the figure area. Then on Wednesday, I found one Basic 8 Kane randomly amongst the other older figures ... doubted the rest of the set could be sold out in less than a day, so I kept wandering around ... what do you know, there's the biggest wrestling figure display I've ever seen in my life near the electronics section! (When they did the promotion for Legends 2, it was in the landscaping/etc. section).
I was glad to find most of Legends 4, all of basic 8 and the new elites as well ... though a bit annoyed because they were probably there the last couple of days, and when I called on Tuesday an employee said they were not doing the promotion (of course). Still looking for a Smash.
Anyways, just wanted to relay my experience ... it seems as if most K-Mart employees don't really know what's going on so there may be new figures out at your stores, too, just not near the toy department. Hope this helps!
