Not sure if this goes here but I want to customize my 2-pack Steiner to look like him from his WWE run in 2003. What do you guys think is the best product/technique to remove his tatoo.

Nail Polish remover. Just use very little as it will take off all paint. TOo much will also ruin the plastic.

in my experience, nail polish remover/acetone/rubbing alcohol (all are basically the same thing) will only work on the softer plastic of Jakks figures (legs, arms, head). and you have to polish up the area a lot after removing the paint/logo to get it to look like the original finish. from my experimentation it doesn't work on the harder plastic parts (torso and crotch). it just burns/ruins the plastic and isnt really possible to return the area to it's original finish.

If I were you, id just swap out the torso with a different fig. Swap it out and glue it back together.

the only way i'd recommend is switching the entire torso, or painting the skintone. might not look perfect but i really don't think acetone will work.

Thinner or nail polish remover will do it. that burns the plastic.....out of all ppl too say this!!! i recommend switching the torso OR if u have a steady hand & alot of free time. grab a axacto knife, & start chipping it off that way.

If you use very little nail polish remover, it is not an issue. I've done this a lot.

Well I ended up using nail polish remover to remove the tattoo. While it did burn the plastic a tad, it wasn't terrible. Heres some pics as to how it looks(yes my camera sucks but it works for me lol). Just gotta add some logos to the tights and I'll have my WCW Steiner. Thanks for the help guys. ;D
