as far as Legends go, I'm hoping to see previews of Legends 6 (maybe even Legends 7). I expect to see the Legends ESR ring set up on display with proto Andre in the middle chokeslamming a Legends 6 figure.
We saw a pic of DM Macho in what appears to be a Legends ESR, perched on one of the corners - if that wasn't photoshoped - then I'd say Mattel has the proto ring ready for display at ToyFare.

Honestly, I don't think we'll see much in terms of new products, if anything at all. Didn't Mattel say that ComicCon would be their main forum where they reveal upcoming lines and protos?

Mattel is having their big presentation Sunday the 13th from 3-6, so I would expect a decent showing. They will reveal a bit more at SDCC in July, but mainly because that will show the product that will go through early the next year, then at Toy Fair in February, they will show product that will be out through July/August or so.
