I was browsing the web just for old toys and I came across this picture and I remember having the one in the middle and the one on the far right. Does anyone know what lines these figures were apart of. Its driving me crazy!

Right is the Toad Air Marshall from Bucky O' Hare The middle is Fred The Mutant from Biker Mice from Mars. I believe he came packed with Dr. Karbunkle. Left no idea, could just be a dollar store toy; doesn't look familiar. EDIT: Just checked and was right; Fred did come with Dr Karbunkle

Happy to help. It's fun reliving old memories as a kid. Bucky O Hare was one of my fave toylines as a kid; they were well detailed and very cool looking. The cartoon was good as well; quite violent for a kids show plus quite deep with it's storyline of, basically racism and genocide. Biker Mice From Mars was one of the few toylines where i actually had all the figures (plus the bikes) and have fond memories of that show as well. The 2006 revival; not so much...

Yeah I def remember all those figures now. They were amazing as well as the cartoons. I never seen the 2006 revival of Biker Mice though haha and by what you said don't know if I want to anyways.

To it's credit; the show is actually a sequel to the original cartoon, not a remake and the 3 Biker Mice are voiced by the same people as before. It's just kinda boring and the animation is sub-par (especially the CG for the bikes) I'd definetly give it a miss though.
